What champions need buffed/nerfed?

What do you think if he was still nerfuje having already been nerfofan to make it look like no one would play no one would buy it or anything and even that would have been even weaker should not allow it to strengthen (feed) and who keeps the ADC if it kills for 1 sec so I really play support.

LeBlanc nerf??

I think that LeBlanc is one of stronger mid champions.On level 2 she can burst your HP on half and level 3 kills is guaranteed,but she has weak teamfights and she can oneshot squishyes.Should LeBlanc's early game be nerfed?

 

I think no if you have cc u can easly kill him or you can shutdown him in early game.

Ok, jokes aside, i think she has to be nerfed, because feral flare made him too op, he is now what kassadin was once: instaban in every division. Riot has a choice: not nerfin yi means he will continue to be banned, nerfing him, he will be out of competition because main problem with master is his ult, adc can't kite him away can't peel for himself even if team peels for him one q and it's dead carry... so definatly

 

Yes but if you shutdown him in early game if you counterjungle.He is not danger if u have cc.Like Morgana,Leona,Taric....He can t be slowed,but you can stun him knock up or something like that.
