This auro potion already took place on TLaPD 2020 collection. But lots of players prefer to buy pieces singularly instead of buying all the collection. But if you want to buy this potion singularly, it costs 4K dragon crystals. So many player disappointed because of its price. What do you think about that?

  2. I'd say it's ridiculous, especially since you have other potion effect items that cost less (e.g. permanent versions of the Mogloween potions cost 900 DCs, or you could farm for temporary ones for free or buy a temporary one for 1 DC).

Personally, my argument would be "why spend $20 on an item that just adds aesthetic effects to your character, when you could spend $20 on some dazzling DLC in some other game?" AE's pricing on items tend to be erratic sometimes (e.g. the Lil' Jimmy cape costs 1,500 DCs while the Blue Flying Eye pet only costs 450 DCs). But there will always be people that will purchase in-game items, even if AE prices an item at 1 million DCs.

Yea , potion was overpriced .. when you can just get the collection for 4900.. prob to push sales

  4. I don't think the collection is worth it at all, even with the potion included. Really, what pushes up the cost of the collection itself are the highly-inflated-priced forms, and sometimes the armor, and most players already have enough forms that it really doesn't justify the cost of the collection, especially when people tend to just equip a few things rather than use every item from the collection. AE tends to always try to justify the cost of a collection (they'll say something like, you can save '200% off' the collection compared to buying all of the items individually while overpricing certain individual items), but it's mainly just a marketing ploy. They want the consumer to believe that it's a good deal, when it's probably about average.

I was keen on getting the effect until I saw the price. If that is your sort of thing then go for it. It just doesn't seem to be worth the price, seeing as how subdued the effect looks. For 4k dc, the effect should be outstandingly visible, like the radiant sentinel runeblade, from far away. Instead, you get a dull green light. I think ectoplasmic coating would be a better alternative, not only for the 900 dc price, but also because the effect is better.
I bought the shrieking shroud for 900 dc. It works great and I love how it affects your tf too. I just wish it lasted long before having to reapply.
