what is the song/movie/music video that you downloaded recently ?

Recently i watched Patriot's Day a movie about the boston marathon bombing the ending was very sad, and usually for music i stream songs on spotify or youtube if i can't find the artist

Actually I don't recall having downloaded any music or movies, or anything like that in any recent time. I mostly just listen or watch stuff on YouTube.

 

I simply open Youtube.

 

I just use youtube or spotify.

I will just go to Youtube instead of downloading such content.

There used to be a Firefox extension for downloading videos, but I don't know if it even exists anymore or is updated anymore.

But if I ever have to download things, I usually just use youtube-dl, which is available for both Windows and Linux, mainly because it's faster than trying to download videos using someone else's "YouTube Video Downloader/Converter", especially those browser versions, since those tend to rely on other people's servers which could take hours.

Plus you don't have to deal with file size limits/restrictions with youtube-dl as far as I know.

And it's definitely a great alternative, if you don't want to deal with ads or YouTube's algorithm.
