    Maplestory IMO is the WORST.

    Tickets take WEEKS to get responded to, and I haven't seen a single GM.

    runescape has some pretty bad support, maplestory is horrific, I havent had any trouble with other game companies so far.

    I think MU online has the worst support. At one point, everyone on the game's BBS was complaining about it. They too have tickets but they were never responded to. I havn't played that game in a while though, it couuld have changed.

    I've never really had any problems with getting Nexon support. Runescape, though..makes me want to hurt things.

    never really had support problems, except Utopia's support was bad sometimes, but in 2008 Patel sold the game to JOLT online gaming and they've improved support a lot some months ago.
