    For years, the heroes of the Alliance and Horde have fought against the evils in Kalimdor and the Eastern Kingdoms, against the demons of the Burning Legion in Outland, and against each other -- all the while unaware that a threat more dangerous than any they had yet encountered was preparing to make its move in the icy continent of Northrend. Now the Lich King, Arthas Menethil, has emerged from Icecrown Citadel to claim the world as his own.     They probably will lol. Right now, Wrath of the Lich King is the main attraction. The death knight area is very well done with good quests and nice blue loot.

    lol. Is it really that hard to patch for you or is it just the patches add up to like 2GB and take forever to download and apply?

    No, Blizz messed up the patches and it effected everyone(but a handful of people) and I can't figure out how to fix it. It's so dumb..-.-

    That thread got made because the community finally figured out how to fix it. Some people like never even get to play the game. I wish I hadn't added the gamecard..-.-

    I patched through all of it (the orginal WoW all the way to the latest patch) a couple of weeks ago. It took the whole day on a broadband connection, but I finally did it. I knew better than to try it when Wrath of the Lich King came out. I am sure it would have pisse me off too :).

    No it patches quick for me..it's just the coding is messed up, dumb pricks at blizz..-.-...can't fix anything for 150M+ a month.
