If you haven’t played City of Heroes before, then I think City of Villains would be a pretty good start, but if you have played City of Heroes before, then there isn’t a lot different and it probably wouldn’t be worth playing. The game is pretty much a sequel to the first MMORPG [City of Heroes], featuring original characters not based on any existing comic, but the main difference is that you play as a villain instead of a hero. I kind of like the villain aspect to the game, because in many other MMORPGs, you play as a hero. Game is kind of old though, dating back to 2005, and I don’t know if there are servers active to play this game these days, so I probably wouldn’t play the game for those reasons. Overall, I’d rate this game a 4.3/5; it’s a bit old, but it doesn’t look too bad and I like the concept of playing as villains.

City of Villains was one of the best MMORPGs to feature the main character as a villain, which is not so common in most MMORPGs. Usually in an MMORPG, the main character is some sort of hero rather than a villain, and City of Villains proved to be different than most MMORPGs. I actually liked the five classes that the game featured, but what I really enjoyed about City of Villains were the missions, and even PvP. The graphics, specifically the appearance of the characters, is really well-made. Overall, I would rate this game a 4/5.
-
It’s an interesting concept to make a villain as the main character rather than the same old plot being the goodie good hero you were supposed to be. Doing bad thingies such as kidnapping, robbery. It must be new fun!
And expect good pvp too!.
Thumbs uppy~4/5

Some times these advertisements just glitch the webpage. Idk, but it’s also pretty nice to see some new games on these advertisments 🙂

I wonder if advertising has to be strictly for your own game or mmorpg, or if you can advertise any game by any developer.

Never winter night is 3rd person RPG game developed by BioWare…It has good graphics and story line also the game has multiplayer which is very good for me …. I give it 4/5 very good game
-
One of my first rpg games i ever had played and one of my best because gameplay is great
-
interseting rpg game with good gameplay and soli graphic, recommend it
-
I would say skip the 2002 version of this game and just go for Neverwinter Nights: Enhanced Edition (2018 game) since that one is pretty much full of content, especially since it has content from the diamond edition. Quality compared to the original feels kind of minor though, mostly focused on enhancing the lighting, but it does feel truer to the original, though I kind of wish it was a full remake with new character models as well. Gameplay is pretty fun though; it’s pretty much a Dungeons & Dragons RPG. Overall, I’d rate this game a 4/5; the original wasn’t perfect, and I think the enhanced version could have done a bit more.

Outdated free rpg game,i dont recommend it

Looks very old-school, but I think if you’re the kind of player looking to play games of the past, Betrayal at Krondor’s a good game to play. It’s somewhat story-laden, which I think is great about this game. The overworld is pretty interesting, especially with the compass-like directions for turning around, plus the pixelated graphics gives the game that 90s nostalgia. Personally, it’s not the kind of game I would play in today’s age of gaming, but for what it is, I’d probably give the game a 3/5.

It’s a medieval fantasy MMORPG from 2003, but it seems kind of abandoned. I think this game was initially shut down, restarted, and then shut down again in 2009, so it doesn’t seem like it would be a successful game. It was also donation-funded, so that’s kind of cool to see a game funded (before sites like Kickstarter even existed). And looking at the game from a graphical perspective, it’s not the best graphics either; it is kind of understandable that the game would have low polygons and not the best lighting since it is from 2003, but I think there were already better MMOs at the time, so it would be hard for this game to compete with other MMOs. But overall, I’d rate this game a 3.4/5; definitely lacks a good playerbase which was probably the main reason this game was discontinued.

Pretty cool, especially with the incorporation of a sci-fi theme. Might even be the first sci-fi MMORPG, especially considering this game came out in 2001. But for Shadowlands, that one’s an expansion that came out in 2003, and is apparently the game’s largest expansion. Expansion has its own floating city and has over 150 dungeons, so that’s quite impressive. Not sure how it comes to MMOs today, but I think it would have been amazing for its time since it was a critically acclaimed game. Overall, I’d rate this game a 4.2/5.

I like it, especially the Arthurian theme this game has. Seems like the storyline would probably be the best this game would have since each realm has its own storyline. I would probably be entrenched by the story; The realms, Albion is based on King Arthur mythology, Hibernia on Celtic folklore, and Midgard on Norse mythology, so there’s a very rich high fantasy element to this game. Game also looks pretty good too, despite being released in 2001. I think this game could use a modern re-release though. Overall, I’d rate this game a 4.1/5.

Seems kind of fun, but the game is definitely old now (from 2003); I think Planetside 2 is a better choice since it’s more active and it’s an improvement. But looking at Planetside 1, it doesn’t seem too bad, and even graphically, the game looks pretty good for its time. I do like the combat vehicles that this game has, because not a lot of FPS games have vehicles. Also, servers did shut down in 2016, so Planetside 2 is really the only option you have now. But overall, I’d probably rate Planetside 1 a 4.2/5; seemed kind of cool for its time.

Pretty good game. I think it was also the first MMORPG of the Final Fantasy series, so it was much different to fans of Final Fantasy, especially if they haven’t tried an MMORPG before. Coming from a viewpoint similar to that, I’d probably be most impressed with having customizable characters rather than predefined main characters, but also the MMORPG experience. Game dates back all the way to 2002, so it’s kind of neat seeing an MMORPG from an already established game company that predates World of Warcraft. Game isn’t for everyone though; if you’re looking for an MMORPG with PvP, then this game probably wouldn’t be for you, but personally, I enjoy MMORPGs with a main story, questlines, and a world to explore, so this would probably be a good game for me. It’s kind of old though, but it seems very impressive for its time, so I’d probably rate this game a 4.8/5.

Real is very old mmorpg video game with interesting gameplay and old 2d graphic,it is old bud gold,I suggest it everybody
Old games like this was popular back then I hope 2D games will never perish.
It’s kind of a unique MMORPG since it’s a 2D MMO, and it appears to date back to 1996, so it’s very old. It has character customization like any MMORPG, but the gameplay feels a little more like MUDs of the 90s. It features turn-based combat which probably was cool for its time, but doesn’t seem as interesting now since action-based combat seems to be the trend of newer MMORPGs. Graphics isn’t the best, but the game feels adventurous with the way the overworld transitions. Overall, I’d rate this game a 3.9/5; I personally wouldn’t want to play this game, and I think there are better 90s MMORPGs out there like EverQuest and Ultima Online.
