Comment: Age of Empires 2 is a good strategy game. I"ve played this game for hours upon hours and it is just a wonderful game. The combat system is good, the economics is good and the graphics were excellent back when the game first came out.
The only real downside is that scenarios made with the map editor do not support more than a maximum of 75 units per player, while in a random game there can be hundreds. Inactive villagers can be searched for in the interface, but that kind of micromanagement is a bit repetitive and it"s the same kind of thing with farms. Overall though it is a good game and I can seriously recommend it to anyone.

Comment: I think of this as a well setup game for one were you may create your own empire and lead it to victory. With still heaps to choose from and great features the game doesn't wreck the gameplay style of the first one. Great game all in but can get tiring and eventually boring at older ages.

Comment: Meh, I'll just list the pros and cons
Pros:
1) You can build walls around your place
2) Sieging is fun
3) I like how you can make so much units and control so much at the same time
4) Siege weapons are awsome
5)Variety of units are awsome
6)when you fight your enemies head one with a huge army it just looks sooo awsome
Cons:
1) Sieging is hard, it's hard to penetrate the walls when the enemy anticipates it.
2) The game takes too long that I have to save it all the time
3) Gets old quickly

Comment: the game is awesome, i loved the element of playing with friends online but then it was taken off(or i can never get on it atleast) but anyway, it is a great game, i actually had a class that played just this game to teach civilizations and all that but i loved it 8/10

its a lot like warcraft 3 and star wars empire at war.
decent graphics, nice game play.
its really good if u like adventure games where u can kick ur enemies butt in 2 minutes if u have a big enough army.

the campaign's were perfect 9.9/10
over all i love this game...
my overall score (the average score) is 31.9/40.
comment: this is a great game for people who are new to strategie games.
