Comment: Dont let the 2d graphics put you off, the gameplay is exellent, the guilds are brilliant, with a few hated ones, one of the best communities for online games, and even better now you can play with team speak, however server attacks and laggs are a common thing, but still I personally love the game.

Comment: Legend of Mir 2 has come along way since it first started. I personally luv the game, but I will admit that during the first year, two years Mir was out, it sucked considerably due to incompetent staff members, useless game masters and server failures. Also the promises of "constant updates" were not kept. About two years into mir, its faithful players were finally rewarded with mir 1.5, the first update since the 1.4 that happened at the end of beta. Shortly after 1.6 followed and the incompetent staff passed mir on to the current staff who run it. At the time I wrote this review mir is currently in 2.0, and progressing rather nicely. The basic s of the game are simple : See monster. Kill monster. Get Expierence. Level up. The game cannot be described in words though, the sheer addictiveness of it will have you coming back and back. The players in the game are a diverse group and while the great majority of them are nice people, don t get too comfortable as Mir has its own blend of realism with the gangs of playerkillers (pk s) who roam its lands. Fortuantly those types of players rarely get near the normal towns. Mir is finally fulfilling its promises of constant updates and enjoys a healthy gaming community, its something you should defiently try out, since the trial now extends to level 20, unlike the original level 7 which hardly gave the player room to enjoy the game before having to succumb to the "pay-to-play". It may be 2d, it may not be the best graphics, but you ll be hardpressed to find a more solid MMORPG out there.
