Comment: This game is great. I ve been playing it for about a year now on eAcelleration play server.
Wehn you first start it s a little confusing, and the interface could be imprived, but you do get used to it eventually.
This game is very addictive and fun to play. The quests are really good and there are plenty to get on with.
What I really like about this game is that you don t "choose" a class at the begining, but you mould your charactor as you go along adding skill points to 5 attributes: Strength, Endurance, Agility, Wisdom and Intelligence. Strength is primary skill for worriors with endurance coming second and agility can be useful. Agility is the pimary attribute for rchers although endurance and strengh are required for a truely strong archer. Wisdom is mainly for clerics or druids, but intelligence is required for some offensive spells. Finally Intelligence is best for fighting mages and sourcers, but wisdom is used for some spells.
Within these classes there can be specifications like Earth mage for wisdom, and fire mage for intelligence. This gives a real sense of individuality in the game.
One of the best things about this game is the social aspect, and the advantages of working as a team. The chat system on this game is the best I have found on any RPG so far, and makes it very easy to get friends fast. Eventually you should join a guild of friends to help each other, and deffend eath other when need be.
The player vs player on this game can be turned off and on, deppending on what server you play on, some have a pvp always on setting. Also different servers have different death setting, like some will have you loose all your items and experience when you die, other will have you loose 20% experience and 10% backpack for example. However, you can not return to your corpse after you ve died to retrieve items.
The lag on this game can get quite bad deppending on how mcuh is happening on screen, but if you have a fast internet connection this shouldn t be a problem.
The graphics are quite basic, however everything you wear makes an impact on your appearance and the characters are quite big on your screen.
Sound is ok, but could be improved, and the music is ok to begin with, but it s almost always the same so you can imagine how it isn t long before it s turned off.
There are many factors I haven t covered here, about equiptment, money, different servers and all the rest of it, but it s 12:45pm, I m tired, and I can t be bothered write any more lol
Overall this game is a 9 because it s great fun, and very addictive. Download it now (81mb, ouch!)
and play on either a free server, or get a free trial on another.
