    Silence is good tool vs mages, also Garen cant be killed so easy. So in lane garen wins. But Viktor is so much stronger for teamgfights, his AoE dmg is so strong and much better then some "no CC tank who just rush on you"

    Garen is so annoying and he would destroy Viktor 1v1 i am sure but for fights Viktor because of burst and W for zoning.

    I like garen more,but viktor stronger in lane,those stun ,laser can outzone garen,and if garen falls behind he is useless. So viktor
