All F2P games vs. WoW

Yes i can admit that. but.....

depends on the monster, the only good figh for F2P was elvarg and now a bunch of fights in dungeoneering.

Members get the gud stuff, like read this if you wanna know how the RS combat goes tese days.....

By the time you get to lvl 2 i was bored as heck. WoW kept me going untill endgame

 

Wow a level 2.....You havnt even played the game enough..... you cant judge a game you never even really played,

I have a level 105 quester in runescape, and a level 80 warlock and level 54 death knight in WoW......So i cann judge both games...lol

 

WoW i made 60 and stopped cause expesive ness

XD you compare that guy to the lich king in WoW or the big guy in tbc. WoW had 40 man raids, how big do runescapes get

 

How does 40 man raids make a game good.....


BTW the lich king is just over rated, even though he may seem epic at first.

Nomad is probably a million times harder then the lich king.

First of all, nomad can reduce your HP to one in a single hit, and its a quest so you have to solo him.

 

That sounds unbalaced.I mainly play AE games like DF,MQ,AQW since I have a netbook.

 

XD that is what i liked about wow even if it is a quest, i played with my brother alot, you could find someone to help. Even though you have to go through a lot of jerks to get there. and wow WoW is losing cause of its rep and people aren't even looking at the debate. Does RS have Wintergrasp, not sure about that. Just look at this WoW nets like 145 Mil without tax reductions a month. with that budget you are going to be almost impossible to beat

 

WoW quests are complete garabadge,...

I hate when people say WoW has thousands of quests and is therefor better when all the quests are kill x.

RS quests are real "quests".

fun fact: rs has a kill x style quests as a skill in its own right, the slayer skill.

However I do like the WoW combat a bit more but the RS combat is improving with bosses like jad or the beast.....

ice grim reaper: off topic :I play AE games to, a have a level 28 member on AQW with fiend of miltonius, a level 44 dragon amulet on df, and a lvl 95 guardian on AQ. Thewse 3 are the only AE games i play.... ive been playing AE games since 2006. uses to play mq but got bored....

And um, you know you CAN use the keyboard hotkeys n stuff..... its just that its so simple you only NEED a mouse to play, that doesnt mean its the ONLY way to play it......

srry was gon for a couple days.
Diablo was a good game because of its depth, and because they didn't have to worry about making it into a complete MMO they could focus on its features making it a way better game then runescape

 

What about in the quest area? you think WoW is better in that?

 

okay RS quest. go farm blah. you know how you do that. you click on what you farm.
another. Go kill blah. how do you do that point at it and click
another. go fish. you go and click on fishing place.

WoW is go kill or message but at least you can jump around and go crazy

 

At this point i wonder, have you ever rplayed RS beyong level 10?

okay here i my verdict.
RS had more story based quests with more depth in them.

WoW quests are more for XP grinding.

I guess RS wins round 1 Quests.

PvP whise WoW has way more going for it with all its different classes likes rogues

 

Please don't turn this thread into a flamming war just like the one's in every Travian US forums.

 

F2P games is quite different in P2P games.. Most of the quest in F2P were concentrating on mall items while on P2P games it's all in a game.. It's hard to make a comment or reviews on this issue. It's all in what players want or players need..
