    Fizz definetly,in this patch Annie's Tibbers got nerf,he lost his movement speed after Annie's dead and that's why she had no chance against Fizz in same lane

    fizz will eat annie... first throw R than E and on end Q.. W don't need she dead without W and maybe without Q she is squishy but also have lot of damage..
