My hope too, since ashfall is almost over and we probably wont be fighting dragons for a while after this saga.
They'll probably make Dragonslayer more useful, especially since they only plan on making around 60 classes total. Restricting it to only affect dragon monsters would make the class purposeless in my honest opinion, especially if the class can't be used in PvP.
I think it's from AE's Kickstarter page. That or Twitter. I'll try to find it if I can. Cysero said 60-90 classes on Twitter, so 60+ classes.
Well I don't assume classes will b biased in particularly to a specific enemy mob. Therefore, despite the name of "Dragonslayer", it'll most likely just be another class with equal damage on every mob in-game.
A class with equal damage on every monster, I'd probably have to disagree with. I think it'll be a class that's usable on any monster (unlike in AQWorlds where most of the skills don't work on regular monsters), but will be more effective on dragon-type monsters.
Thats the quoted amount of classes ae wants to make for the game Or maybe just that its geared to become more effective as the fight goes on, so the longer it lasts the stronger the skills get (as dragons dont die so quickly ahaha)
If thats the case that sure is a lot of classes...hopefully it will be balanced and we won't just use 10 of them..
No, Dragonslayer class will be available for everyone, so you won't have to spend a single dollar. Those who backed $120 during the Kickstarter will get the class instantly though (and will get a special variant of Ninja, Paladin, Dragonslayer, and Necromancer as armors).
