I have reported it and it said it's still in investigation, what can I do now is slowing my clicking spree when looting the item
When you have various item categorizations, it is very problematic. Imagine new players being limited in their inventory to 2 armors, 2 helms, 2 weapons, 2 shoulderplates, 2 boots, 2 gloves, 3 potions (Health, Mana, food buff for attack), 2 pets, 2 forms, 5 misc. drops for crafting, and 6 other things (e.g. items from dailies like Daily Boss Tokens & Dragon Trophies, event items like Live Event Tokens, and other stuff to keep in your inventory) totaling to 30 items full, plus you would need free space anyway to pick up any new thing. The reason why I point out "2 helms, 2 armors, etc." is because one item would be used for stats and the other item would be used for looks. When you realize just how limiting inventory management is (particularly for new players), it really is a mess. Sure, you can allocate some of those items to your bank, but bank space doesn't solve the management issue. Bank space would be for items you won't use as often, and the typical player would use around 30 items or more actively.
New players do suffer a lot when managing an inventory space because they don't have much to go with unless they optimize all that inventory space. I am going for 2 builds which are attack build and defense build so I have to use more inventory space and not everyone can afford that.
Idk, when I was F2P the small amount of inv spaces didn't bother me a ton. It's kind of the same as in AQW just you need one more extra set for stats. And F2P players here get 10 extra spaces compared to AQW. Though in AQW you don't have as many item categories such as shoulders or boots.
it reminds me my stupidity when I sold my midas lol That newbie time truly is bag space nightmare and since you're newbie you still don't know which is important or not.. And worse many new players aren't guardian because they still trying the game and will decide it later if it's worth to throw the $$$ or not
When I started out I savored all items. When I found out their value then I did either keep them or get rid of them. I would say Guardian is worth it because we are getting more perks as time goes on and that inventory space increase and bank vault space increase can make a big difference.
Same, but I played on my 30-inventory-space alt back when cosmetics weren’t a thing and when pets and forms didn’t feel engrained to the game. I think those are the parts that changed the core of the game in regards to inventory. AQWorlds feels lenient since pretty much every gear is cosmetic in some way with the ability to enchant gear equally, and there aren’t as many categorizations. Also AC items are so abundant in the game that worrying about space is unnecessary.
Yeah that's a pretty good point. Also now that I'm a guardian I feel like I need far more spaces than I ever did before. My inv is always totally full, as is my bank.
It's strange isn't it? When you got a lot of bank space and inventory space and then they will mysteriously run out for some unknown reason.
I know right, and I feel like everything I have I can't get rid of for some reason because I need it in some way.
I got like 80 used inventory spaces out of 100 right now so I am not much different in this situation.
You will need those bank slot sooner or later. Some players are complaining a lot about underworld essence and flame. Most of them sold or trashed those reward from daily because they thought it was useless and now they are lamenting about arena crafting material.
Not necessarily. It's pointless to hoard items you won't plan on using, especially hoarding those items until a year later when they become useful again. A lot of players tend to hoard craft items and not delete some unused craft items as far as I know. Aside from craft items, whenever players gain levels and farm for items with better stats, they don't always delete their old-level items. Inventory management is important; relying on bank slots only makes you more reliant on bank slots whenever you fill them up.
It's not a bad idea to hoard legion crafting materials before Dage's birthday because we are going to get new items to craft. This year we got BiS items which also look pretty good! You should always decide if it's worth it to hoard crafting materials or not for new items which will probably need them.
I don't find it to be an issue that I deleted my essences and flames. It gives me something to once again grind. Also I've already finished all of the Heretic set that I wanted and crafted all the items I needed so I once again have nothing to do.
I stopped doing those dailies before Legion Heretic set came out so getting those materials sure feels like it takes for ever but I am not rushing it and I doubt that we are going to get another end game set anytime soon.
if my calculation isnt wrong you can craft legion heretic set with daily quest reward in 30 days if you're lazy to farm them. is it only me who still doing all dailies and hoarding them all in my banks? This week I have reached 10m gold and gained a lot amount of daily quest reward items that forced me to expand my bank slot.
30 days for a useful level 25 set is dumb. By then, AE might raise the level cap to 26 and release better gear. I think the problem with farming, particularly in regards to Legion Heretic gear, is that players are too overpowered in the Underworld map. They need some level cap or level scale there because it's hard to hit pretty much any monster. Aside from that, the pickup loot button already has its own disadvantages for gameplay; people will kill a bunch of monsters first, and then use the loot button to claim all of the items instead kill one monster at a time and check loot in between kills.
