    Level 100 Firezilla boss from the Burning Man challenge, probably. He's impossible to kill (well technically he's possible to kill if you stand at a specific spot, but would take days to kill).

    Those monsters spawned during developer events and any 100 level monster that you are able to reach and fight in area where dragon challenges are located in (books around dragonslayer camp).
