    There is no ' the best ' champion in league of legens...all champions are good,it only are good, just depends on what you like to play...
    here's some tips to be good in ranked games,and get higher division...

    When you picking champs,try to pick what team needs dont argue or flame.
    While you're playing try to communicate with your team as much you can.
    Dont curse you're team or trying to surrender NEVER SURRENDER RANKED !
    Aswell dont flame,just try to play best you can and even if you loose you know you played well and good games will come.

    For your begining i think best is Jax or Master Yi.Because if you get 2 kills in your lane without dying your gonna win that lane.And in late game i think Jax is better because you are tank and you have a lot of ad and ap dmg.Whish you good luck at ranked get to the chalenger :D
