    statistically the worst league of legends champion is the big Urgot.
    Hes popularity is just 0,42% ... ban rate is 0,12%, and win rate is 40,89%.
    The last champ in ban rate ... i bet the 0,12% ban rate was a miss click from the team captain xD. Pick rate 0,42% ..
    yea they are 2-3 from 5 000 000 active player main Urgot players :).

    So I would say Urgot ...

    Ugrot, Skarner, Galio, Sion .. they rly need a small buff.
