    Evelynn, wukong, elise(not so much, got nerffed pretty hard).
    I played Eve, great gank, great burst, great escape options, can chase any enemy.
    Here's my build for her:

    Sorcerer's Shoes
    Boots of Mobility
    Mercury's Treads
    Chose one boots, depending on your enemies, if you have a lot of ap chose Mercury's Treads, if enemy build MR buy Sorcerer's Shoes, and if you want to be fast and catch up with anyone take Boots of Mobility.

    The first item you want(have) to build is Spirit of the Spectral Wraith.
    Next items you have to make:
    Rylai's Crystal Scepter
    Deathfire Grasp
    Liandry's Torment
    Rabadon's Deathcap
    Now you dont have to make theese items, cause you have to adjust to game, maybe you need to go more tanky.

    This is an example of a build:

    Spirit of the Spectral Wraith

    Rylai's Crystal Scepter
    Deathfire Grasp
    Rabadon's Deathcap

    Ofcourse you can sell you jungle item and buy more ap or tanky items.

    Lich Bane was great item for Eve cause of her E, but they nerffed it, so i dont recomend it.
