Right now for me it is 1. Skyrim - Open world, great game. Etc etc. 2. WoW - Played it for 6 years. I have lots of friends, and it can still be fun sometimes. 3. Final Fantasy Tactics (PSP version) -I've replayed this twice already. Really high replay value.

You can mod up Minecraft to change the graphics. The real issue is Minecraft builds a world bigger than Earth, so trying to render that gets tricky. Especially when you blow up a big chunk of it with a bundle of TNT.
Some of the best games I played so far is: 1. Ragnarok Online - simply because for me, this was the one that fueled my love for MMOs, and thus will stay as one of the best games I've played. 2. Final Fantasy X - oh, the memories this brings to me. One of the Final Fantasy series that really made me addicted in playing it, sometimes starting at 5 in the morning up until the wee hours of the next day. 3. Dragon Nest - My new MMO addiction as of the moment. This game just captured my attention with its gameplay and graphics! This is my new "Ragnarok Online". 4. Gunz - although i didnt get the chance to play this for so long, the immediate impact it had on me was amazing. The adrenalin rush I felt while playing this is fun. I would love to play this again if I'm able to. These are just some of the games that I love. Its really hard to think of any other on the spot.
