Stardew Valley is coming to iOS on Oct. 24th! Android version to follow but no date yet. $7.99 price, version 1.3. No multiplayer at least at launch. Also, Civ 6 just launched on iOS and now support iPhones. Still no news on an Android release, Civ 5 never made it to Android. :/ It's currently on sale for $23.99 but will go up to its full price of $59.99 next week. Pretty expensive but it is the full Civ 6, though it's lacking the expansions which kinda further adds insult to the price... and if it does come they'll probably charge for it. So basically, get the game now if you want it.

Update on Microsoft buying Obsidian. Obsidian has started drafting the papers needed to be acquired. It's not a done deal but it's getting closer to reality. In other news, I'm just sitting here waiting for any new Animal Crossing information. I hope some comes before the new year. I'm very interested to see what they plan for this game, if it will be more an HD AC or if they'll try some completely new stuff. I hope they won't change it too much, it needs new stuff for sure but I don't want any radical changes just because the technology can now do it. Trust the Nintendo I guess.

Red Dead Redemption 2's Xbox store page says the game is 88GB! RIP digital users and install times for disc users. Supposedly got a 6GB day one patch as well. When all is said and done this game will easily be over 100GB. An here I thought my 5TB hdd would be fine but at this rate, even that isn't gonna be enough in a few years.

NBA preseason wrapped up and the real deal kicks off this week. Pistons had a rather down preseason but finished with a very good game. Preseason doesn't mean much so it's hard to take too much stock from it but it was nice to see a great game from them. Hoping it'll be a better season than last, but I'm just happy to have basketball back. Barring injuries, it should be a fun season no matter what.

Not a lot of news today. A Diablo 3 Switch bundle was announced. Comes with the normal Switch stuff plus a case and a digital copy of the game. It's a standard dock and Switch but with special decals on each. Standard gray joycons too. Looks ok imo, none of the special edition Switches have done anything special so I can't really knock it. I think fans will still enjoy it. $359.99 price tag.

Pistons open the season with a win. It was a pretty sloppy game all around but a win is a win. Really good to see the main guys healthy, that was a big issue last year. They played well together so hopefully, it's the start of something good. They did have two guys down already though, neither are major issues but it's still not great for a team that struggled with health to immediately have issues. Next game is Saturday. Can't wait!

Also, an F1 race this weekend, believe it's the 4th to last race. It's here in the US this time, the only US race on the calendar. It's at 1:30pm, Eastern on Sunday. Sadly, the championship is all but locked up at this point, could very well be clinched at this race. Which is cool but it's more exciting when it goes down to the wire, rather than wrap up with 3 races extra. Guess anything can happen though.

A little bit of gaming news looks like Dragalia Lost, Nintendo new IP mobile game is a pretty big hit... at least financially. User reviews aren't as convinced. Regardless it has to be nice for Nintendo to see they have the brand recognition on mobile to make even a brand new IP work.

Interesting bit of news about Red Dead Redemption 2. Small shops are reporting they won't be getting the game in until November. Gamefly too has sent out emails stating they won't have the game until Nov. 7th. Reasons seem to be mixed between a shortage of discs and Take-Two not trusting smaller shops to keep the street date. Both kinda weird in my opinion.
