    Hi man. I think you should buy elise. If you learn how to play her you can go in really big divisions. I think you should wait free rotation and then decide what champion you should buy :D

    I think that Elise is better then lee sin. Elise is strong vs every tank cuz she's spells doing damage per % of enemys hp. She have so op combo - human form : E W Q R(spider form) Q W. And she is ap tank, my build for her in jungle : tank item for jungle (500hp) , then i going on ryali cristal scepter, boots for magic pene,rabadon,sunfire scape, and last GA or Void Staff :D
