ello hell exist ... bronze and silver III are ello hell players ... maybe it doesnt have an official name "elo hell" but we all know what kind of players are there
I can't remember when I last time won when played with polish players.They argue with you whatever role you want to play even more roles, never do objectives, arguing about killsteals, arguing one with other, take farm as support, steal jungler's first buff, stupid builds, no pinging.Yeah, it's real elo hell.
There is no elo hell, you can lose sometimes because of the bad players. You won't always have bad players, so elo hell is just an excuse for being bad.
Okay,so here is the thing! I got a one friend,he was in s3 bronze 3,and in s4 after placement matches he went again to bronze 3,after 4 months of playing ranked,he got to silver iv! After i asked he how,he just said :"Mind your own mistakes,not your teammates!" You should always watch your mistakes,maybe did our "Sona" gave them 2 kills,but you can roam,and get 4 kills on their "Thresh".After playin' first placement matches i went 4/6 and i got in silver iv,but i am much unskilled player then my friend whos got from bronze 3 to silver 4!
"Elo Hell" If you in "elo hell" you must realise that you stuck there for a reason. If you always say "my team suck", "my team is all feeders and nobs", " report" that is bronse words. Try to improve yourself and realise that you team dosent matter at all. All depends on you. Play your own game and realise that your team cant always carry you, try to cary game and dont use hard words that can only make game worst....
What about when u have 10 out of 15 games leavers and play 4v5 ? Or u own top or midd and bott have, 0-13, what to do then, gank 10-0 adc ? OFC that i will blame them. I disagree with u till some point. U cant blame others if u have bad position in teamfigths and die, go alone and die or simple couse ur junger dont gank, and enemy camp ur lane, there is difference between that two cases
You can avoit that games. In champ select you can see that team is bad and avoid situation like this. And talk nice with your teammates and they stop trolling, if they dont you always have report button at the end of game but best way is to turn chat off and dont flame. Sometimes we win, sometimes we lose....

Well it's true you can get bad teammates but you gotta help them to get back in the game. If you owned your lane, why you don't go and roam? If you really can't do anything and you are that good you can 2v1 their lane and jungle and just push, than one lane will also have to come and than if your bot lost for example, their bot will have to come to def inhibitor than your bot can push and get some exp an gold. Thing is focus on your own game, it's teamgame and you gotta win with your teammates if you are extremly good carry yourself. If you can't carry that means you are in division which you deserve. If you are playing for silver, you can't be in plat... You can't always get good team which will carry you. Elo hell doesn't exist.
