Invisible Cosmetics discussion

Ahah. Imagine your crunched fist holding an invisible weapon.. It will lookie likey punching enemies the wrong way.

 

It would be funny, but I don't think it would look like you're punching anything at all, just swinging your hands.

I wish it wasnt pay to use, it should just be a regular feature in the game but unfortunately if you can make money and people are willing to buy may as well -_-....even SW:TOR does this so I cant pretend like its anything new.

 

Should unarmed and hide helm, cape, pet etc cost DCs ingame or should it be a free feature in the options menu like on AQW? Or should unarmed be the only one that costs DCs. Give a reason why it should or should not cost DCs

 

I think it should be like in AQW and the unarmed should be the only one that costs DC

 

As an "invisible" set they should be DC but around 200 per piece, more than that would be unfair. As a feature maybe free for guardians status and above.

i don't know, i won't get it if it's dragon crystals because i like my full clothes and items. main thing i hope for are creative shoulder items that blend in smoothly with outfits

 

Hmm well i can understand buying items that cost Dcs to look good but to pay with Dcs so that you can make some of your items "invisible" well hmm not that sure... Yeah there is no such function in game that keeps your stuff on and at the same time not showing them... So to install/create such a thing the Devs will need to think its worth it (their time is precious)... I would agree if it was sold for some Dcs as a function in game and not as items that are used as costumes...

 

If the team is going to make it to where players have to purchase DCs just to waste a bag space, then it shouldn't cost DCs at all, because it's essentially just a waste of bag space, especially considering that Cysero wants every single "no item" to cost DCs which is a bigger waste of bag space. I've heard from other devs about the idea and they've had different stories. Oishii said there were no plans made yet, and Artix said you'll be able to hide items via the Barber Shop or the Main Menu. Cysero sounds so affirmative about his plan, but I doubt it'd be a wise idea.

Also, I've actually proposed my own idea for alternative ways a "no items" feature should work on another thread, which I would gladly pay DCs for.

 

After the long-anticipated release of invisible cosmetics, many players are creating unique looks without being forced to wear some accessories. Are you using the equips? Do you like full sets? Or do you prefer no shoes?

 

Ya know I thought I would be hyped for it but turns out I found a look for my character that uses all the item pieces so I dont really want to hide anything anymore q.q

 

I ended up buying all of them even though I am only using one of them atm

 

I do plan using them at some point, but i haven't gotten to it yet. I will make outfits with invisible items later on when i get time to do that and i do have few outfits on my mind right now that i could try.

 

One outfit comes to mind at the top of my head: peasant lol jus need a moglin on my back cape and we're good to go lol

It is possible to hide weapons 'unarmed' using DCs. Ahaa
