    Twitches spells havent been touched, only the look, so the rework doesnt matter but he is still better since he has an invis to get away and jinx is mobile as a brick

    Also, jinx isnt the most played adc in lcs, lucian is :)

    Jinx is a lot easier than twitch is ... If you are new to the adc role, buy jinx. They both lack of mobility, but jinx has op passive, on the other hand twitch can position him in tf better with his q, jinx's range is massive on her q, unless twitch turns on his ult, they are pretty similar but jinx is easier just because of her q range :)
