    In my exp only way to counter kassa is to pick something that can easily roam too so you can counter gank when he roams :) You may counter him on lane with Talon or something , but once he starts roaming he will get all the assists and kills he needs :)

    So best examples of kass counters in my opinion are :
    Zed , Katarina,Kha ,Ahri and TF because of their high mobility :)
