Morgana ofc, she has everything needed to remove kata from lane, black sheild to negate dmg, snare for CC and ulty for stun, also her sustain from passive is rly good

 

morgana for me every time on 1v1 I kill kata with mog

 

We don't see Morgana that often on mid but she has insane damage. Her bind is 3 secs..... that's all you need to know. In late you can almost oneshot enemy adc with Q+W. If Morgana just ult when Kata jumps, and if Morgana than use hourglass and if she stuns Kata with ult and than bind her with Q Kata is dead. Morgana is bit harder to play but she is stronger.

 

Kata because she can dodge Morgana's Q and deal more damage with ult
