    Try to play duo ranked.Its much easier to win.Like duo bot would be perfect for that.Even if other lanes go bad you can still carry game as adc if you have good support.

    Think of rankeds as a normal games - play without any pressure, and if you win hell yeah, if you don't oh well it's not the end of the world. Give it your best and if you are ahead help other lanes get ahead. Whenever someone flames just ignore him. When your team has more than half HP and they have 2 or more dead people try to take Dragon, Baron, or at least a turret. You have to use every opportunity you get.

    U need to have 2 champs for every lane and play with them normals then when u go in champ select u need to comunicate and say to team that no one rage because if that hapens u will lose.
    If u see that they having problems and rage u just can say them to play and for every good job u say GJ and if something goes wrong in teamfights u say "We will be better in next fight"
