    why noone play jax in normal game and he is banned on ranked!!

    I dont understand why noone play jax in normal game and he get ban 70% in ranked game.

    I see him in normal games often. I don't see him banned in ranked that much (because there are stronger champs) but it's because he can carry really hard if he gets ahead early ;)
