    In s3 I prefer Volibear in jungle because in s3 jungle meta was tanks but now in s4 I stop playing him in jungle because now jungle meta are assasins :D

    Gragas was OP in jungle but now I think he isnt that good he was good in jungle because of Body Slam(E) that had big att damage ratio so you get kill in your first gank 100% but now I think Riot removed his att damage ratio at Body Slam(E) so I dunno should you play him now in jungle but you can try I mean his ult is very good for engage :D
