    then you ignore them and try your best. Whoever takes the kill, does not matter. As long as you help to win lanes, and are needed to win, IDC if you take kill or not. Money is not going to get wasted unless you have full build while I have 2 items.

    If you got early kill, you'll be stronger when ganking, and enemies will have to use their cash to ward and be afraid of you (meaning at least 75g/per 3mins). That pressure alone is being a great help to your teammates even if they don't appreciate it. Ignore button is your friend in situations like this.
