Hi, i'm MikeCrotch and i'm here to tell you why you should be playing as Captain America.

First off if you don't play Cap then you're clearly a communist nazi sympathiser who hates America, I mean that's just obvious. Second, Cap is a great hero for people starting out because he's a great all rounder. He's tough, he beats people up with his bare fists he takes out clouds of mooks with his shield and buffs his friends. Thirdly and most importantly, Cap defeats enemies in the manliest and most satisfying way possible. He doesn't need to light things on fire or turn into a ten foot tall monster or use cosmic power - he just hits people with his shield, over and over, until they are dead. Seriously, you will never get bored of the sweet, sweet sound of vibranium bouncing off a gangster thug's skull.

So for your next Marvel Heroes character, choose Captain America, choose freedom, and choose beating hordes of hapless foes to death with your bare firsts in a gaudy primary coloured costume. You won't regret it.

Most people hate him, but I love Ghost Rider. His damage is pretty low compared to someone like Moon Knight, but his Spirit of Vengeance passive makes him practically immortal while you ride around on a motorbike spinning flaming chains like a helicopter, and his AOE damage is pretty solid. Also, some of his graphical effects are amazing.

Pro Ghost Rider build: First, watch both the Nicholas Cage films to get yourself in the mood. Skills to max: Inferno, Spirit of Vengenace, Chain Snare, Whirling Chains, Chains Ablaze and Damnation. Everything is on fire, all the time. Best hero.

My favorite is Ms. Marvel. As arguably the premier female Marvel hero she has it all...strength, speed, power, agility and smarts. Whether you want to blast away at foes from a distance or brawl up close she is more than capable. Appealing costume choices, good voice acting, very flexible skill trees with which you can spec her powers, and an impressive ultimate power make her always a pleasure to play.

Marvel Heroes itself is an addictive loot-based ARPG with a mind-blowing array of characters to unlock and level-up. Extremely easy to begin with yet rising to challenging levels of difficulty for those willing to put in the time, it features a decent story and more loot than you will know what to do with. The amount of playable content has increased by a very generous amount since the launch, with new modes of gameplay and raids having been recently introduced, and new playable heroes released on an ongoing basis gives players plenty to look forward to in the future. Highly recommended.

Listen up, folks. It's time to get in the Cage. The Luke Cage. Luke Cage is a burly man with a sweet bald head and a bunch of buddies he can summon with his invisible phone. Hold on a second, Magneto, let me call my wife to come punch you in the chest. If that's not enough, Luke can just toss cars at some lame-o's until they blow up into delicious money. And because you're Luke Cage, true hero of Earth, they are compelled to blow up into even MORE money. That's why you should be Luke Cage. Sweet Christmas.

Captain America is the all American hero, he fights for freedom and never gives up, he's brave, he's kind, he's an incredible hero, and man. My favorite superhero. The entire reason he was given the super soldier serum, was because of his heart and soul. Not because of his physical features. It's the reason I love him, and why so many others do too.

He fights for what he thinks is right and even when he wasn't physically strong he wouldn't be shaken from what he believes is right. I admire him for that. he's also relatable in a sense that he likes to be in the thick of it, doesn't like feeling useless when he could be fighting for what he believes in. Humble, kind, good, and fights for his convictions; Captain America is my favourite.

Marvel Heroes has some major issues but I really like it(200 hours played so far!). You can earn all the heroes without paying real money(though more storage space is pretty much essential and has to be bought with money). It's ARPG so it's got the addictive loot hunt stuff going on and has a ton of collectibles to keep you busy(sometimes TOO busy).

My favourite character so far is Nightcrawler. He's extremely quick, has a teleport with no cooldown, stealth, good damage, and his voice acting is great. Only issue is he's a bit squishy at times but you can deal with that.

    My favorite hero: the hulk.

After being a part of the game since beta and buying some of the hero packs. I got to say, the game is now even better than it was back then. In terms of farming for new heroes and items, the splinter system is a much better way to obtain a certain hero. The hulk was always really good back and now, he needs his new 52 review to compete with other heroes. As a whole, everyone shouldn't really care about who to play, just play who you like and enjoy the free to play game. I would love to add another hero to my roster.

    Favorite hero: The Punisher

The Punisher is a neat character in both his personality and his moveset. Both of these factors come together into one cohesive package, making him an expert at dishing out ranged damage as fast as he can spit out his deranged voice clips. Just don't try to give him a hug. :shout:

With certain ranged damage relics in his inventory, The Punisher can act as a solid area-of-denial player. I really like his machine gun burst skill for its ability to damage a crowd of enemies from a safe distance. When playing through the story, I was able to roll away from any incoming enemies and then fire a quick laser shot to dispatch them with a critical hit.

Marvel Heroes is in all seriousness the best ARPG out on the market for any Marvel comics fan. The combat and controls may not be quite as polished as Diablo 3. Some of the systems may not have the depth of Path of Exile. But, they've done a marvellous job of representing the characters.

For example, Night Crawler plays just like how he's portrayed in the comics, or even the X Men 2nd movie. Teleporting around, taking enemies out before the can react. BAMF!

Captain America is faithfully represented as he is in the comics, and the winter soldier movie, being an absolute melee force who can take out foes from a distance with his shield.

To summarize, as an RPG fan if you have any interest in any Marvel Comics characters, this is definitely a game you need to check out.

Marvel Heroes is what you get when you cross Diablo and Marvel lore. As a fan of action rpgs who never played the game at it's launch I went in with low expectations, what I found surprised me. It's not a perfect game but what's there is good enough to sink it's teeth in you.

There are a lot of systems in the game that keeps you interested. At a minimum every 8 minutes you will find a eternity splinter, when saved you can gamble and go for a random hero, save over double an buy a hero you want, or buy things like hero ultimate tokens from a vendor (ultimate tokens raise your ultimate ability by 1 point). Recently they added daily shared quests which makes you want to log in each day to not miss out on the random loot and currencies that are found inside. If you find a character you love to play you can level them multiple times, there's a reason you might want to level them multiple times outside of a name color change. One of the rarest drops in the game are costumes, you can get yourself a random costume if you sacrifice 3 costumes (each hero starts with a costume, and you get a new basic costume when you prestige your character). All in all there are a ton to keep you busy with this game for a long long time.

There are some problems that keep this game from being as good as it could be. There are performance issues especially in the map people will spend a majority of their time in. Whenever you get near the supervillains expect a slide show and maybe frustration as the game locks you in place with this slide show (think 1 frame per 3 seconds or more). Then there's the mouse in chaotic situations. The mouse isn't responsive to begin with, add framerate issues and a explosion of color chaos and you will have no clue what you are pointing at. There's a lot of other issues with the game but it's minor in comparison.

With Marvel you already have the lore, and this is the first rpg that made me want to get deeper in it's lore as I played. Getting random heroes via splinters or whatever made me want to find out about the character, and there's a lot of ways to find out about them. This game made me more interested in Marvel characters than any other game or movie did. It also made me want to read comic. I used to say that I really wish the team that made this game had a lot more to work with in it's budget. It could have been an astonishing game (I couldn't avoid that, Amazing, Ultimate, Uncanny, Marvel is made for puns). I want to see them make the next one, if that would ever happen, outside of this engine. Unreal Engine is horrible with mouse cursors, and the mouse cursor is pretty friggin important in action role playing games.

One more thing, people tend to have hear free to play and stick their tongue out in disgust, as if they had just had a spoon full of castor oil. Marvel Heroes is one of the f2p games that don't beat you over the head with gameplay mechanics that are designed to make you want to spend money to enjoy the game. The game is very enjoyable, and you can easily play and collect characters without paying a cent. The main thing that will make you want to spend money is the inventory space. There are a lot of things to collect in the game and to get the most out of it you will need space. It is also the only thing I can recommend spending money on. You don't need exp boosts, character purchases, or minions, but you kinda need the space. Before you need extra space you will know if you enjoy the game enough to expand the space though. You get a good chunk of room, and everything takes up one square so with one character you can make it work, having 20 characters though, that starter space will be a matchbox.

I highly recommend the game. It's great even with it's flaws, and I can't wait until I can play it without any performance problems (hoping a cpu upgrade will force it to submit).

    This game is truelly amazing.
At first I was rarther skeptical about this game, seeing it was a dungeon crawler.
Like the Diablo series, which warn't very intressting in my opinion.
But I figured I would give it a chance, seeing I love Marvel.
So I started a few weeks ago, and i'm still playing.
Enjoying each time a new hero that I unlock getting me random hero boxes.
Each time a new mystery who I would get and be playing.
It so much fun, I recently obtained Deadpool.
I was like hmm can't be fun, he doesnt really has super powers.
But he comments he makes in the game are so funny, sometimes I just can't stop laughing about them.

A lot of character are like this, and there are so many to choice from.
    Anyones playstyle is avaible.
If you want a tanky char or perhaps a hybrid one.
    It's all there.

The recent additions of the Raid function and the Omega System, sure gave a new spin towards the game.
With many things to try out again.

For any questions let me know :)
