    Comment: Marvel Heroes 2015:

When this game launched a year ago, I had heard horrible things. So many, in fact, I had to install it myself to see how ridiculous it was. Only for Steam to tell me I couldn't open the .exe because of some missing install component. This was my 1st run in with Marvel Heroes.

After seeing Marvel Heroes 2015 (with a new spanking title), my child like brain got the better of me from all these summer movie titles and I had to try it again to see what was going on with the rebranding of their product.

I'm VERY glad I gave it a go. First off, install ran 100% fine and started no problem (thru Steam). First test, passed.
Then you get a screen telling you to choose your character. This was where I was weary in the past, as i was told heroes were very limited and forced you into spending $15-20 to buy a hero you would want to play. While you might have to spend some $$ in order to buy your FAVORITE hero, there are PLENTY of free ones to pick from and ALL the characters can be EARNED via a currency drop in game. All in all, that sounds like a pretty decent deal right there.

Many of people's biggest gripes are going to be a f2p, and being offered XP potions, Rare drop potions for $$. It is what it is. This is a very polished game with MANY updates still coming. They had a bad year last year, and gave it a big hauling over, and came out with a VERY GOOD product. The most glaring thing of the top of my head is at some point, you WILL have to invest SOME $$ into the game, be it for another stash tab or something else. However, as of writing this, I had 80 hours in game, and 0$ spent, and was able to accumulate 2 free heroes thru in game currency drop, and 1 from a site giveaway. There are plenty of other options to look at instead of opening your wallet.

On the other hand, I decided that after investing 80 hours, which is better than most $60 games I got nowadays, I pumped $25 into the game just for stash tabs to give me more room to free my clutter.

Don't believe people's hate on the game. Give it a go for yourself. If you know the f2p model, you'll appreciate it.

If Diablo1/2 was ever in your wheelhouse, and you like superheroes. This is a no-brainer for you to try out. From a realist standpoint, if they weren't marvel characters, people wouldn't complain. What other game has 28 classes, from the creators of Diablo, and absolutely free?

Check it out and Save the World!

    Marvel Heros Review

If you Like D2 then you will love this game, its fast paced, alot of stuff to keep you entertained for many many many hours.

To start off you get to play with Marvel heroes, who doesn't like playing as your favorite marvel hero, and smashing the villains you always wanted to as a child.

This game has everything you could ever as for in a hack and slash, and the best part is that it is F2P, not P2W

Pros: D2 like, Skills, Fun aspect, play with other people, fluid gameplay
    Cons: inventory space, Graphical requirments

    My review

    I'll start with the cons
    CONS:
    1) Heavy on graphics, an inadequate computer might have to push their quality to very low and even then might have to turn off other characters' powers. This makes gameplay a little less fun not seeing your buddies shoot their cool powers.
    2) Pay 2 win? Paying is not needed but after a little bit of playtime, you'll need to purchase some extra room. As far as I know, that's the only thing you can't purchase with in game splinters. Then that's only a $5 purchase, and after investing approx. 20 hours, 5 bucks ain't much to support a free game.
    PROS!!!!!
    1) SUPERHEROES!
    2) Exciting gameplay - While it may be heavy on graphics, if your cpu can handle it, it's a blast. Seeing 8 heroes converge on Magneto in Midtown with all their strength. YOU'RE LIVING THE COMIC!
    3) Constantly updated - This game launched to very (and I mean VERY) low reviews. It took them a year through hard work (which is saying something for gaming companies nowadays) and kept with their Rockets [Racoon]. Through multiple hero adding, and new modes of play, they have reinvigorated their game, and proved they will keep improving in the upcoming months.
    4) FREE 2 PLAY! While one of my cons is addressing the issue of eventually having to purchase room for items, that will be well into your gaming, the creators added an ingame currency that drops rarely called Eternity Splinters. With this item, after saving them for a while you can purchase EVERY chracter that someone else could buy. You can buy team up heroes with them as well.
*Costumes, XP potions, Magic Find Potions can only be purchased with G's [ the item shop currency...aka real $$ ]
    5) Exciting Events - Ever since I've started playing, there has been an event. Birthday cakes to celebrate their one year anniversary, and now an event to combine all the ones they've done all year. The epic 12, meaning an event every month.

All in all, it's free, and if you like Marvel, give it a go, nothing to lose....except for the fate of mankind....

Posted my review Marvel Heroes Review Directory

My Favorite hero of all time is Nightcrawler, he is 110% a blue, bashing, BA that can teleport, freakin teleport(teleport by opening a portal into another dimension, travelling through it via an unconscious direction-finding sense, and returning to his own dimension)! Nightcrawler is also able to cling to solid surfaces via his hands and feet. He can also render himself nigh-invisible in shadows by manipulating the ever-present portal to the dimension he teleports through so as to bend light around himself.

that is why he is my favorite plus his personality in the movies is amazing
