    Favorite Hero: Iron Man

I've always been very interested in robots and technology, and I get a lot of fun out of seeing Tony build new suits to fit for various roles. IMO other heroes are too fixed on a certain theme or powers, while Tony can adapt to a lot of threats. Additionally Tony is a selfmade hero and without his suits and technology still a mortal human, with typical human problems. For a hero he seems more plausible to me than others who were born with a certain superpower or get it due to an accident. I also very much like how he seems very egocentric and selfish most of the time, but when it comes down to it he won't quit doing the right thing if innocent lives are on the line. However the greatest things seem to come from the times when has to improvise due to lack of resources or technology.

I really get a good kick out of all the different suits and gadgets he is building, especially weapons. While the weapons are usually more down to earth than what you see in Cosmic Marvel for example, they still feel very fitting for weapons of a super hero. Plus they make for great action sequences.

Last but not least Tony's humor fits perfectly to what I can laugh about, even when rereading/rewatching I will laugh at the jokes again and again.

    Favorite hero: Punisher
Why: In a universe full of aliens, mutants, and superhumans, it may be odd to be entertained by the adventures of a marine turned vigilante. However, Frank Castle's war on crime has been one of my favorites ever since I picked up his original run. One of the most interesting aspects of the Punisher is his villains. For obvious reasons, Frank doesn't have a set Rogue's gallery. Instead, he takes his war around the world. Murderous cults in Guinea, drug cartels in Colombia, dirty traffickers in Mexico, none escape Punishment. Frank has even had some run ins with the Kingpin and taken a personal visit to Dr. Doom's Latverian home.

Now some may see the Punisher as weak or useless in a superpowered world, but that is far from the truth. The average serial killer, mob leader, or corrupt congressman isn't afraid of Iron Man or Captain America. However, if they hear that the Punisher is in town, you better believe they'll start sweating. even street level heroes like Daredevil and Spider-man don't dissuade crime because so many criminals know how to cheat the system and get back on the streets. It's much easier to cheat prison sentence than to cheat a bullet form the Punisher.

Another aspect of the Punisher that I've come to enjoy is how easy it is to relate to him. With all the feats that he pulls, Frank Castle is still human. He makes mistakes just like everyone else. Unlike certain other comics, Frank actually understands these mistakes and goes to work in order to fix them if he can. Some mistakes have even lead to the absolute failure of the Punisher's current mission. Although I don't enjoy seeing Frank lose, it is refreshing to see that the protagonist is not infallible.

To sum it up, Punisher is one of my favorites and I hope I can enjoy his stories for years to come.

Favorite Hero: Rocket Raccoon is my favorite hero of all times.

Why: Imagine a raccoon, that wield hi-tech guns, shot around, and is dangerous yet adorable thing? Yes, that's him.

One of Guardians of Galaxy member, may look like squishy target, but certainly he is not that guy. BLAM, MURDERED YOU. Did you see that's comming, did you? Good then! Oh, and also he is great tactican, and he could talk to Hulk without any problems, convincing him to help with success! Adorable power always win.

He may be not the strongest thing in Universe or at his planet, but who can oppose raccoon with laser gun, jetpack and Groot as best friend ever? I tell you. No one. No single one.

Entire persona of Rocket Raccoon is great example of loyality, strong will and bravery. In older issues of Guardians of the Galaxy he was great fan of Earth. Too bad, it changed with newest one. Still got that fluffy, blacky-white mammal in my heart.

Forgot to mention, that Rocket Raccoon will be voiced by Bradley Cooper. Awesome, isn't? :D

Favorite hero: It's definitely Captain America.

The adventures of how a someone who was considerably less able through others, through his steadfast dedication, never-ending optimism and tireless virtue shoulder the tremendous odds which fate stacks against everyone who he'll never even meet is in a word, astonishing. He stands as a source of inspiration for others to better themselves. He marked my first introduction to comics as a kid and I was absolutely floored by his personal trials and impressive cast of characters which complimented my journey into mystery. But there was a deeper message that kept me coming back to purchase the latest issues, that being no matter what had transpired against Steve over the course of his adventures, the man is humble to a fault. He stands not only as the pillar holding up [at times] the rest of the Earth but as one of lynchpins of all that is good in the universe.

Charging into any conflict time after time in pursuit of a threat easily demonstrate how he has sets the standard for so many. Many would dismiss him as a naive paragon or a boyscout fueled only by his own self-righteousness. However they will not, and perhaps cannot see him for what he is: A hero. Captain America has become the gold standard in how I choose my comics. Steve isn't only an inspiration in the comic book world, rather, his message extends itself to all walks of life because he symbolizes the very best in people. He is the purest, modern incarnation of the Hero archetype, of humanity's highest ideals and noblest aspirations.

Cap never took to fighting for vengeance and allowing it to twist him into something as harsh as what they fought against. Never has he fought to even the score--he fought for justice. It wasn't a job, it was a war, a cause he would lay his life down for time and time again.

The lessons and messages Captain America embodies has qualities and traits that most of us wish we had, but are too flawed to exhibit. It makes me question my direction and challenge me to better myself to meet the example given. That's why Captain America will forever be my favorite comic book superhero.

    Favorite Hero: Gambit
Why: I really like his abilities since the 90's cartoon, also he was my main in Marvel vs Capcom, his powers in MH are great he has a great health regen and a pretty hybrid powers and his synergy is really useful , the devs using the MvC ultimate as his signature is orgasmic, who doesn't want to play as a french thief, the only thing i don't like about his character is his VA but after all gambit is gonna make mamma proud

    Favorite Hero: Punisher
Why: The Punisher is my favorite hero as he is the character that got me reading comics in the first place.
Many writers have done their own unique take on Frank Castle, and I find them all fascinating, whither it be Garth Ennis' MAX version, Rick Remender's Franken-Castle, or even Space Punisher (side note: let's just pretend Angel Punisher never happened). With no superpowers, any encounter can be life or death for Frank Castle. He often finds himself at odds with other superheroes, but deep down he's doing what he thinks is right.

    Favorite Hero: Iron Man
Why: Because he is a self-made man. He didn't get his 'powers' by random chance, he didn't get bitten, he isn't some alien that already had powers from birth, he didn't get injected with some serum, he didn't get blasted with radiation.

He made himself who he is today. He was the one that bolted together the Mark 1 costume, and decided to use it for the greater good.

Aside from all that, I also think it's a very interesting character because of his alcohol abuse, I'm kind of sad that they didn't touch upon it in the movies, but it's a really interesting aspect that kind of humanizes this larger-than-life billionaire, playboy, philanthropist.

And for a more shallow reason, his arsenal is awesome. Instead of having just one "power set", he has different costumes that have different functions.

    Favorite Hero: Squirrel Girl
Why: I love the whole cast of the Great Lake Avengers/X-Men/Champions/Initiative really. The whole team and especially Squirrel Girl just stand for the goofiness and fun that is the reason I love comics to much. The seemingly harmless character can easily take down the likes of Wolverine, or even Thanos and Fin Fang Foom with nothing but a couple of nuts and her faithful squirrels partners!

    Favorite Hero: Squirrel Girl

Why: I like her quirky sensibilities, and her desire to be a real hero. Her amazement at working with people like Spider-man (one of her voiced lines is, "I can't believe that I'm working with the one and only SPIDER-MAN!"). Not to mention her amazing nut facts. I'm also a big fan of her voice actress, Tara Strong. Her playstyle is also a lot of fun, whether melee, ranged or summoner. I'm currently playing her a summoner, but I'll probably make a melee build again when they unlock the dual spec option.

    Favorite Hero

    Favorite Hero: Ironman

Why: At first he doesn't start out with much, however get him some half way decent gear and a few levels behind him, you can fly over the place just throwing missiles that cause a lot of screen effects. So it's wonderful to see things going BOOM! I mean what's more invigorating than to see stuff fly half way across the screen when your missiles hit and the bodies their fallen comrades hit the screen? The playstyle is all range, which fits Iron Man to the T, he's not a martial arts master instead he likes to sit pretty, and fire missiles, and unibeams at the enemy. He levels up real fast, as his high intelligence allows for more XP, which helps the leveling blues. So if you want a hero that blows up stuff, while taking little damage in return, and is followed around by large amount of explosions. Ironman is for you.

Why:Being one of the most powerful, if not the most powerful hero in that list. The central character in the Dark Phoenix Saga that shaped the current X-men universe into the current one. And being another to transfer into a flaming bird is a great plus!

    Deadpool

DEADPOOL LOL XD How 'bout them memes!?

It's easy to dislike this guy. His voice clips are annoying and knowledge of how his comic book presence has degraded, for the most part, into an obnoxious fourth-wall breaking, Family Guy character that ignores past attempts to make him a fully realized personality, really grates.
However after running through his first 30 levels, I'm having a blast. Fantastic blend of melee, ranged, movement and AoE attacks. He's all over the place! Clearing rooms and slicing bosses. Pure fun...as long as you turn off his voice...

    Favorite hero: Human Torch
Why: When your superhuman powers involve literally setting yourself on fire, you get a whole new perspective on life. Such as solving all your problems with fire. And this is what Johnny Storm, aka the Human Torch, does best. Crime boss and his minions rampaging through New York? Let's see how they like doing that on fire. Alien critters from another dimension descending upon Earth? We call that a barbecue. World hunger? ... Well I'm sure Johnny can find a solution involving lots and lots of fire. Perhaps using the previously mentioned aliens?
Basically what I'm saying is that I'd like to be on fire all the time. I think. Either way, while I'm figuring this out, I'll be playing Human Torch on Marvel Heroes. And if you find that the idea of setting everyone ever on fire sounds like fun, so should you.

    Favorite Hero: Captain America
Why: I've always admired Captain America as a character for standing up for the truth, and fighting back against corruption. He's never backed down, and protects the "little" guys.

In the game, his shield abilities are awesome. Shield Throw + Torqued Shield are amazing together. Airborne Assault is awesome, jumping up and slamming the ground.

After his rework, his ultimate ability is not only one of the best ones, but the animation of it is top notch. Basically, he calls in other Avengers. Hulk drops in, does some damage. Thor drops in, also does some damage. Hulk punches Thor off the screen and then bounces away. Ironman flies in and shoots his beam off of Captain America's shield towards enemies. All the while, Captain America is also invulnerable for the duration of his Ultimate Ability.

    Favorite hero: DareDevil
Why: DD's story is not my favorite Marvel story. The reason i choose him because his fighting martial-style. I am not really have intersting in special power based, or special equipment based heroes. Fight by fist and kick is my type.
In Marvel Heroes, his fighting style is very impressive. Solo bosses, or clear mobs (even elites), with combine "normal" skill and finisher, i can kills most of them, except boss, in 1 combo with (with maxed 5 points), and animation is very cool too. But he is not so OP, cuz his survibility is weaker than most of other heroes. In my opinion, DD is one of the most player's skill depended hero.

Why: The law is close to my heart. Matthew Michael Murdock fights for justice during the day and night (although methods tend to differ)! His loss of sight, combined with supernatural senses, makes for what some might consider a hilarious substitute. "I'm not Daredevil; I'm blind. That's silly." Is it, Matt? It sure is good for a laugh!

    Favorite Hero: Ghost rider

Why: I love GR since I was a child and here is a short version of why I love him: Chains, bike, flames and penance stare, everything you like in just one hero. In fact I always liked the penance stare, the best way to punish the bad guys is to make them feel the exact same pain they cause.
The best thing about this is when you mix ghost rider and marvel heroes, he is one of the most cool looking heroes not only on marvel heroes but on any ARPG, he is a hard to pick up character but even more hard to put down since he uses a very risky but rewarding system that gives him even more power the less health he has and his signature power (penance stare) can turn the tides of almost any cosmic battle in the game.
Also: there is nothing better in marvel heroes than using his ride ability, this movement power let's you ride ghost rider bike and leave flames behind you burning everything in your path; you don't get cooler than that.

Why: Who doesn't love the Ragin' Cajun? On top of being a smooth talker and one of, if not my favorite X-Man, his energy manipulation ability is very neat, and that transitioned well into Marvel Heroes. He was one of my favorite characters to use in the X-Men Legends and Marvel: Ultimate Alliance games, and that hasn't changed one bit in Marvel Heroes.

Why: Outside the game, she's a strong, independent, and completely capable woman, not necessarily just eye candy. In-game, she's an underrated but viable support character, with powerful single-target attacks and spammable AoE/DoT effects, despite having a fairly low mana pool.

Why: he is a fast hero with good damage both to bosses and trash mobs. He is a good mix of ranged, melee, single target, and AoE, and can be geared in many different ways. He also has the best signature in the game, and some pretty great costumes. He might be a little expensive, but he's definitely worth the extra cost.
I've also always respected Spidey's determination and have found him a very relatable character, making him my 3rd favorite Marvel hero (after Silver Surfer and the Thing)
