It would be easier to edit HTML that way, and I like being able to see the newest edit.

And shugo, you can contribute if you ask ogreman for the link to the wiki.

I did a bit on the Main Page already, and I think I'll add a new article about a MMO when I have time.

 

Could you grant me access to edit the main page? I want to add a link to my Perfect World article.

 

I would just give the benefit of the doubt...I would leave it unlocked till we have problems, it's not that hard to copy and paste the last valid edit if their is a problem.

 

Also, I doubt a spammer will target a a tiny wiki plugin, and as they are posts, the same antispam we have now applies.

 

We'll see how it goes, and if anything bad happens, we could restrict only some choice pages that are more important than the rest (i.e. the Main Page).

Great, a wiki needs people to update it. Lots of people.

 

I contributed a wiki about a free online game. It seems to work fine this wiki. I already seen some good stuff contributed to this wiki. I am not a big fan of wiki myself, the real wiki that is, because there's a lot of junk in it, that's just wrong.... but I feel people here know lots about games, so I reckon it will work great here...

and yeah I agree with quinn, some of that spam can be nasty and scary, so I can imagine why ogreman wants to be careful
