    Ok, the Gold Beasts over the cap have penalized. The next penalty will be harsher for repeat offenders.

    To you it may seem fair but for someone who has worked hard to be in this(my) position, its NOT. Again if u guys were building ur troops up and coming in our attack range than it wouldnt be a problem but u cant really say much when all u ironheads are doing is staying at the safe distance. You might say that u got attacked but i was attacked the whole of the last season but i didnt cried once and it didnt stop me from gaining troops just cause i was getting attacked and yes i did beat alot of players with my defense AND i attacked them in the end as well and as for the REAPEAT offenders, i think we would need to clarify that rule before any harsh punishment can be given :)

    Edit: But like in Speedy's case, we will have to use the amount they went over originally, cause it would not be fair for speedy to now be reduced by 1100*5 when he himself went over with 700 and it just rose because of the time it took before he was punished. I hope you get what I mean

    Thanks alot bro :) but i think we should have a time period as well that a person would only be allowed over the cap for a certain period of time like maybe 48 hours and yes i do agree with 5,6,7.....times rule :)
