    The bar is fairly easy to get back with posting on a regular basis:). What makes it really drop and keeps it low is sheer inactivity.

    You don't have to be ''crazy acive'' or ''super powerful'' to keep it up. Once you got it full, all it requires is maybe 5 posts per day to keep it there. Might be a little more though, not sure. But it's really not that hard to keep it at 100%. You even had your bar at 100% for a long time before, you just became more unactive.

    Quantity helps or Ogre would not mention the bar and post counts. What some miss are the little things like modding a forum or handing out codes.
