    exp.onr good hook in late game or solarflear GG
    or good annie ult but unfortunatly sustain support should be played more becouse lifesteal nerfs :(

    I also usually go for Nami, unless ADC specifically asks for different support. Even then, I wage what fits better for the team.

    Positioning is the key. Sustain supports usually build defensive item(s), but are not supposed to go to front or even middle line of teamfight (expect flash-ult Sona, but she also goes back after). Those stay on back row trying to sustain their tank and bruiser while defending ADC/APC. If they are hard focused they usually get hourglass anyways.
