FAQs in Talisman online
Q: Why I cannot enter TO even if I have played TO before?
A: 1) Please check whether the game server is down for server maintenance. If the client is down for maintenance, please wait until the maintenance ends. 2) Please check whether there is a new game patch to be updated to. If there is a new patch available, please auto update the client or download the manual patch directly from the Download page on website. 3) Please check that whether your game account or password is correct. If you still cannot enter the game with correct account and password, please contact us via Customer Support:

When you report to Support, please provide some useful information to us, including:
A. Error details (related screen shot will be preferred)
B. When did you come across this problem?
C. Your computer’s operation system <Vista/XP/etc..)


Q: What should I do if the game client fails to auto-update?
A: If the auto update fails repeatedly or goes too slow, you are recommended to download the manual patch instead.
If the game client crashes when you enter the game, please try installing the game client again.

Q: How to find the folder in which I installed TO?
A: 1) Right click the TO Game Icon on your desktop and choose the "properties". 2) Select the "Short Cut" tab in that window and there is a "Find Target" button below the blanks. 3) Click on the "Find Target" button and you will find a folder window pops above. This is the folder where you installed your game.

 

Tips for Secure T.O Account

Anti-Private server : How Does Private Server Steal My Account?
The private serve is using an old version of TO for you to download. When you install its client, one kind of Trojan will be loaded to your computer during the installation. Usually the Trojan usually lies in every [.exe] files.
Once the Trojan exists in your computer, it will search the related information and steal your Account and Password of official Talisman Online automatically! And usually the virus will retrieve more than just TO account, your online banking info, paypal account and all other accounts will be in security alert as well!
Once the hacker got your official Account and Password, soon, you cannot log in Talisman Online! And all of your valuable items will be stolen to sell for real money!

The whole process of stealing by private server:
1. Use "Free" Slogan to attract you.
2. Provide an old TO version for you to download and play
3. You install client and have Trojan placed in your computer.
4. Trojan steals your account & password of Talisman Online.
5. Your TO account would be hacked any time.
6. Your items might be stolen and be sold for real money.
7. Moreover, real money transaction is seriously forbidden. Once your account is involved in any real money transactions, it will run the extra risk of being banned!

Tips: If you have ever installed the private server, please be sure to install updated anti-virus software to safeguard your computer and ensure your account security.Execute an instant and thorough virus scan, and you will protect not only your TO account, but all other important information! And the best way to avoid the above troubles, please DO NOT install any private server clients! And DO NOT be cheated by any "Free TP" slogan!

Anti-Fake GM : Fake GMs usually prevent to be in-game GMs and tell you that your account has been reported for hacking or something else and they need to scan your account. They will then ask for your login information and ask you to log off.
When you log off, they will have your account. These are usually keylogged.
Here what u must know:

1.GM will never ask for your account information or password.
2.GM will never send T-Points to you.
3.GM will never delete your character in any case.

Talisman Online is a Free MMORPG but when talkin about FREE games this can be the most expensive FREE game u will ever play. Free to play but to get ur item to higher item level (e.g +7 to +10) u need to buy TPs to get large gems as there is not much of large gems drop. Anyway u can farm by doing repu and kill mobs to get much drop and u can sell it at auctioner or stall, so u have much gold now ;p.

Here are some places that are good to farm during event, note the best places to farm are the same places where you have to do reputation and farm.

Lvl 20-25, Rabbits and trees north of stone city.
Lvl 25-30, Play boys in leud temple
Lvl 30-35, Lechers in black wind camp
Lvl 35-40, Jokul snakes in the Jokul hunting ground
Lvl 40-45, Mire monsters in whorl mountain.
Lvl 45-46, Zombies in vast mountain.
Lvl 47-50, Doing Repu, in vast mountain, the continuous kills of monsters for reason drops gems, golds, blues alot here if you do rep consistently.
50-55, Preferably do the "For Justice" rep, Large gems drop during this.
55-60, tigers, crocodiles, and alot of people have luck in the prison near ssc.

All drops are random, how ever, the more the mob is killed it self, the better percentage of chance to get an item from that monsters, killing the same set of monsters where others kill during the week or at the same time increases the probability dramatically.

Group Arena (GA) is an instanced activity that allows you to earn experience, energy, and soul experience. If you are a member of a high ranking team, you may also receive Energy Stones as system rewards. To participate in GA, you will need to create or join an existing Competition Group.

~Create a Competition Group
Step 1: Around your mini map is a small red circle with overlapping swords which reads "Group Arena", click on it.
Step 2: Choose "Set Up Group"
Step 3: Type desired group name in the pop-up window
Step 4: Invite a friend you trust and make him/her Vice-Captain.

~Inviting member to join
Step 1: Open “Group Arena†window
Step 2: Choose “Inviteâ€
Step 3: Type name of desired player into the pop-up window It is best to choose team members within a five level range- 20-25 for example. The level of the mobs will be based on an average of the members in the team. You don't want to end up with mobs too high level for many of your team members to be able to hit.

~How to take your team in GA
Step 1: Make a team with 5 members or less from members of your Competition Group
Step 2: Open the “Group Arena†window
Step 3: Select each team member you are taking individually, and choose “Attend Set†for each one
Step 4: Choose “Competitionâ€
Step 5: Choose “Protect Master Ku PvE 1-5†and click “OKâ€


Inside of the Group Arena you will find yourself placed in front of a large NPC, whom it is your duty to protect.A small box on the right side of your screen will indicate which round you are on, and how many seconds before the next round begins once ompleting the current round. The difficulty increases the higher the round.Rounds with a 3 (13,23,33) or 8 (18,28,38) in them will have multiple mobs entering from the front and sides, apes on 3 and monks on 8.

Rounds with a 4 or 9 in them will have a Boss:
04- Red Snake Captain General
09- Tiger King
14- Gunwitch Leader
19- Buddhist Monk Purple Moon
24- WoodsEye Beast
29- Virulent Spider
34- Fire Boar

Talisman Online Characters/Classes

1. Assassin-Damager/Tanker
Purpose-Great for hard crits (if use daggers), not so much of tanking
Weapon-Scimitar [great for lures]
-Dagger [great for crits and boss tanking with fairy healing]
this char is used to lure all the mobs and also as a tank..
Standard Point: HP / Stamina / Combo, stamina point will recover 10 points in every second, the upper limit is 100 points
Feature: High damage attacker
Weakness: Weak ability of defense, the ability to long sustainable fighting is not enough
Usage in a Team: Short-distance attacker
Weapons: Chain Simitar and Dagger
Attack Attributes: Lightning and Poison
Main attribute: Dexterity

2. Wizard-Damager
Purpose-Good for long range attacks and great for lures
Weapon-Blade [good for soloing bosses and freezing also luring]
-Sword [good for damage and lures]

3. Monk-Tanker
Purpose-Enemies main focus of attack (High defense)
Weapon-Staff [good for damage and tanking]
-Shovel [good for PvP and stuns]

4. Tamer-Damager
Purpose-Long range of damage, good for team lures if use Bow
Weapon-Crossbow [good for strength and crits]
-Bow [good for luring and attacking many enemies at once(damage is nice)]
Tamer is the best for damaging the mobs i think
Standard Point: HP / Mana
Feature: The most excellent solo player
Weakness: They need increase their ability by their pet
Usage in a Team: Long-distance attacker, pet can be the secondary damage absorber
Weapons: Bow and Crossbow
Attack Attributes: Water and Poison
Main attribute: Intelligence

5. Fairy-Healer
Purpose-Great for healing during lures or bosses
Weapon-Wheels [good for stuns and fast attacks]
-Pearls [good for strong attacks]
Fairies are only for pure heal stuff for all the best char on TO
Standard Point: HP / Mana
Feature: Strong ability of cure
Weakness: Weak anti-attacking ability
Usage in a Team: Curer, benefits-adding person
Weapons: Flying Wheel and Buddha Pearl
Attack Attributes: Buddha and Lightning
Main attribute: Intelligence

 

FREE Blue Identify Gem from Snake Cave Quest...

In Talisman online There are Many Classes :
1.Wizard : Cast Spells Wears Blades/Swords (he is a mana User )
2.Tamer : Use Crossbow or Bow and can tame pets (he is a mana user )
3.Monk : Use Shovel Or Staff He is A tank He got High HP (he isnt a mana user )
4.Fairy : Use Wheel Or Pearl he is a healer he can restore HP of other people and his HP too (he is a mana User )
5.Assasin : Use Simitiar or Daggers He a Melee Damager (he isnt a mana user )
After Making Choice Which Class u will start the game in Green Scarp ...
When u Kill Monsters U Gain Experiance and Energy , Energy is needed to enhance ur weapons , make them more powerfull. But At each Weapon A max Enhancing lvl When u get a weapon that Max enhancing lvl is to 10 and u arrived to 10 u will have to Search ofr a weapon that MAX enhancing lvl is to 20 and then Merge them.

There is 5 Types of Armor and weapon; White,Green,Blue,Purpule, and Golden

You Can Upgrade ur Weapons , Armors at the BlackSmither For the Weapons u need Emeralds and for the armors u need Rubys, and u can identife them with Identifing gems.

Snake Cave gives high rewards Quest for low level (10-20) and Blue Identify Gem as reward

Tamers have alot of nice skills to choose:

Weapon : Bow
--------------
Heavy crack - available at level 1, skill points increase debuff by 10% when maxed. This skill is awesome, it has the highest damage of all your skills and on top of that it decrease targets defense which means you will do even more damage with the rest of your attacks, keep this debuff on bosses all the time. u can max it...!!!

Rapid crack - available at level 1, skill points increase damage by 25% when maxed. This skill is instant and deals good damage, spam this together with heavy crack to deal lots of damage. u can max it...!!!

Shadow crack - available at level 7, skill points increase debuff by 15% when maxed. Personally i dont find this skill very useful, it lowers the damage of target a bit but takes 1.5 second to cast, i prefer spamming my other attacks. You can use it on bosses to assist the tank but except for that theres not much use. u can skip it..

Thorn crack - available at level 15, skill points decrease move speed by 25% when maxed. This skill slows target, but takes 1.5 second to cast. When you have poison of slow this skill is pretty useless, except for stopping people from running in pvp, however xbow is better for that. skip it.

Spiny crack - available at level 25, skill points decrease mana cost by 30% when maxed. This is your aoe skill, its very useful. Not only is it good for aoeing, it also deals almost same damage as rapid crack. Use it when you are trying to ks, but use with discretion cause it costs quite a bit of mana. skip it.

Improve water damage - available at level 10, skill points increase water related damage by 10% when maxed. u can max it...!!!

Improve cs rate - available at level 10, skill points increase cs rate by 5% when maxed. u can max it...!!!

Improve cs damage - available at level 10, skill points increase cs damage by 50% when maxed. If you dont get this then you’re not the best damage dealer in the game, nor will you be able to ks others.

Weapon : Crossbow
------------------
Power shoot - available at level 20, skill points decrease mana cost by 30% when maxed. This is the crossbow version of heavy crack, just without the debuff, and heavy crack does a bit more damage. u can skip it.

Rapid shoot - available at level 5, skill points decrease cooling time by half a second when maxed. This is the crossbow version of rapid crack. Crossbow has only 1 skill with a casting time and thats power shoot, you will always have a skill to spam so theres really no use of putting points in this skill. u can skip it.

Snake poison - available at level 5, skill points increase damage of poison by 25% when maxed. This is one of the most awesome tamer skills, and aside from the stun its the reason why crossbows beat bows in duels, it deals damage over 6 seconds and with a +10 blue crossbow at level 70 its 2231 damage over 6 seconds when maxed. Maybe that doesnt seem like alot but when dueling full +10 players its going to eat through their hp, spam it on recharge. u can max it...!!!

Bear hit - available at level 10, skill points decrease cooling time by 5 seconds when maxed. If you max this then it will have a 10 second cooldown, its very useful in pvp. Pvp should be the only reason you have a crossbow anyway. u can max it...!!!

Eagle swoop - available at level 30, skill points decrease cooling time by 15 seconds when maxed.This skill have a 1 minute cooldown therefore 15 seconds isnt such a big deal, unless you’re using a crossbow to ks this skill is useless to put points on, but why would you try and ks with a crossbow. The skill however is very useful, it deals the same damage as power shoot, however its instant. The long cooldown ofcourse blows but it is amazing in pvp. u can skip it.

Now you can choose which weapon is best for u to play TO with tamer class.
