Well i like Thresh more because he have hook knock and even slow on 99% xD
and best ability W latern he cna sawe one temate from fight or when jungler is ganking u <3

Thresh is better of course his spells are so op

 

Thresh, he simply has a better kit for a support. His Q stuns as soon as it lands, he can than knock someone up with his W, and bring an ally closer with his E. Then there's the R.
As for Blitz, outside of his grab + stun, he doesn't provide much utility or peal.

 

I think Tresh he is better in teamfight
