    Let's shoot for changing seasons this week sometime.

    Ok, the attack cap is now gone and the Revenge Time is 0. Not currently seeing an option to keep one person from constantly attacking another.

    Ok, good. However before next season starts, rules for it need to be determined, and by rules I mean, these questions should be answered

    How many nations? Which ones? Which bonuses do they have?
    Revenge time - yes or no, and if yes, how much time?
    Troop cap?
    Attack cap, 60% as Season 5, less, more?

    Little late but...

    Well on the first part making your own trade with another player using real world items is not only probably against the rules (it is in most games) but can't be reversed by Turbine anyways. It's NOT bad customer service when you did something not supported and they say they can't fix it.

    On the second part... I'm not familiar with what you mean by "error", if it was a legitimate bug that caused it it's unfortunate but very possible DDO doesn't offer the ability for them to rollback specific characters or inventories. Just because one companies game does it doesn't mean all of them can/will. Now if you just screwed up the "long process" and are trying to get them to fix the mistake then again it's not on them nor bad customer service.

    Also your friends example is an entirely different situation, you bring stupid and getting scammed for it is a WHOLE lot different than getting hacked... although 99% of the time hacked seems to be a cover for doing something stupid too.

    It sucks they didn't ban the guy, it's a bad situation however I don't see how they did anything wrong here, it seems all the mistakes are on you... now it not directly your fault... it wasn't your choice to get scammed however that is the world we live in today... people scamming everywhere, learn from it and be more careful... it sucks we can't just trust people's word but seriously you really can't.

    Also be nice to support people, they do not have a easy job and the vast majority of the time their hands are tied. Getting mad at them wont help anything.

    Simple to Read tos of game make sure read thought, Most can skim thought.
    Most not saying all! trading of any kind out side normal in game trade window is not supported bye GM - Dev , So if get scamed it at your own risk!

    If player has scammed you file ticket to support!
    If fall's with in normal means of trade window! Or other mean's!

    Cash shop item - currency , very's on trade limits and offer to other limited to person, any trade "trusted trade's" Usly not supported bye game.

    Simple thing Never deal with any one or player's, When dealing intrust trade's as not supported bye game!

    Filling report to support, try get screen shot's as well try give as much info as you can, Time Date , Item Lost - Name, info on how scam prossed!

    That and or if any bug's or issue! that might have happend! During prosse , Add lag if any many other factor's can be factored in!

    Support usly, normal people like you or me! Read Tos understand what thay can do and what they will not do! Most Tos stat's Game is not responsible for any action or issue.
