yup, it would never get in battles with tier 8 or 9 tanks. Some premium tanks already have this special MM, for example the Soviet Valentine premium, tier 4 battles only.
Some tier 8 premiums have special MM too, as in they don't see tier 10 tanks ever, but they still see tier 9's

yup, it would never get in battles with tier 8 or 9 tanks. Some premium tanks already have this special MM, for example the Soviet Valentine premium, tier 4 battles only.

These are the translations of the Russian Q&A with developers from WG, done by the EU server player Silentstalker, on his blog "For the Record", located on wot-news website

- the developers discussed and rejected the idea of hiding player stats (â€œthere would be more disadvantages than advantagesâ€)
- Q: â€œPlease, can you tell me which religion forbids the devs to make the disabling of the chat in game possible?â€ A:â€Pastafarianismâ€
- itâ€™s possible there will be no arties at all in historical battles
- the reason the Japanese tankers have sort of American-ish names (ranks) is the same as for the Chinese tankers: 99.9 percent of the players outside of Chinese server wouldnâ€™t be able to read the â€œhieroglyphsâ€

- for now big maps (1500x1500m) wonâ€™t be implemented, but the devs are slowly experimenting with them already
- destroyed tanks wonâ€™t have hit/scratch (bounce) decals on them

If both crewmembers have the same skill and one is killed, the vehicle skill level will depend on the surviving crewmember (as in, if the vehicle has â€“ say â€“ two gunners and both have the Armorer skill, one has 98 percent and the other 67 percent, when both are alive, the skill level for the vehicle will be 98 percent (not cumulative or multiplying), if the 98 skill one gets killed, the Armorer level will not drop to 0, but to 67)
- BIA will stop working when one crewmember gets killed
- the Chinese (PRC) reaction to Type 64 was â€œpositiveâ€: â€œKuomintang is regarded as a part of Chinese history, regardless of contemporary controversies. We should learn that from them by the way.â€

Update 0.5.3.3 Coming | General News | World of Warplanes

With the release date of World of Warplanes drawing closer every day, the development team has reviewed the game and issued an update for the current version 0.5.3. The goal of this new update is to fix some outstanding issues, and introduce helpful adjustments that will further improve the game. Find a short overview of the contents of this patch below or visit the Updates section to find the complete list of changes for the 0.5.3.3 update.

Controls

The newly introduced mouse control presets have been reviewed and slightly recalibrated based on the collected feedback of the testers. While most of the work dealt with the functioning of the Camera Inertia on the default â€˜Standardâ€™ mode, other changes make the â€˜Vectorâ€™ preset feel more like the former 0.4.1 and the â€˜Hybridâ€™ more like 0.3.5 controls respectively.

General Gameplay & Balancing of Planes

A series of adjustments have been made in some key areas of the game, including your planeâ€™s ability to catch fire, and the damage dealt rear-gunners and anti-aircraft gun fire. Adjustments have also been made to the amount of damage dealt or lost over distance.
A total of 35 planes across all five nations have been retouched in various areas to match their characteristics better to their real life counterparts, as well as to balance them better with the rest of the air fleet.

Achievements & Economy

The introduction of new achievements for Version 0.5.3 brought a need for better classification of them. As such, a lot of achievements have now been renamed, reconditioned and been given a fresh new look for their appearance in the game. Overall, there are now six different types of achievements in the game waiting to be unlocked by any pilot up for the challenge.
The gameâ€™s economy has been slightly adjusted as well, to better resemble the already familiar system from World of Tanks. As such, prices of planes now depend more directly on the number of available modules of a particular plane. The more pricey modules there are, the higher the initial purchase price of your war bird.

Interface & Sound

New aiming circles, an improved help screen and a reduced look for the target window â€“ these are just some of the changes that our developers have made to the interface in order to improve your hands-on experience with the game. A couple of small but important additions in the sound department will help further immerse you in the atmosphere of a World War II aerial battle. Bug Fixing

Significant efforts have been made to identify and correct a small range of bugs that were still troubling the game. Words have a tendency to disappear when they are placed over the bright spots in the background, since light colors + light spot = poof. At the same time, a darker text color wouldn't really work since the background is way more dark than light.

The design was even copied by the Italians during the Second World War as the Cingoletta 2800.
