I try to fix it which usually goes one of two ways:

    1. Identify the problem via process of elimination or Googling the symptoms
    2. Fix if know how or Google to find solutions
    3. Fix the problem
    4. :)

    or

    3. Can't fix the problem
    4. Consider Repair Costs/New PC Costs

I haven't had any drop off and I'm actually getting a tad bit better performance in some games on Windows 8 vs Windows 7. I've been pretty happy with it... the "modern UI" or "metro" apps are ridiculously stupid and slow on my computer, I've given up trying using them aside from email. Desktop wise though it boots faster than Windows 7, runs just as good if not better and feels basically the same.

If a developer ever tells you it's the OS's fault a program is not working right, club them upside the head... it's on the program to work with the OS, not the other way around.

If I can fix the old PC, I use it until I can't. Just a waste of money to buy a new PC if I can fix the old one :p If I can't, I buy a new one

Today after cleaning my pc up with Air compressor hi had some trobles to go on.
But its fix now,i have take out the batery from the motherbord and put it back in .
    NOTE:
Do not use the vacuum cleaner!!! to avoid static
Do not touch parts with bare hands!!! to avoid static
i used it last year and accidentally touched the hard disk and it was dead on the spot.
This year i used Air compressor just dont go over 5 bar and you will be ok.
After cleaning check every connector to see if they have not an accident bin pulled out.
Wile blowing the air hold the vent until you do that, do not let the vent turn!

    A-32 – short review
    from FTR blog
today, we are going to have a look at another tank, that is currently not available on the EU server, the A-32 – and we will attempt to answer the question: are we missing something, or it’s not worth thinking over?
A-32 is a medium tier 4 tank. According to World of Tanks wikipedia, it was a part of the light pre-order package, but even though I play the game practically ever since it came live, I don’t remember seeing a single such vehicle in battle. According to WoT Wiki, there are like 8000 of these vehicles on EU server in total, but few of them are played, you’d be very lucky to see one – and there’s a reason for that. It’s worth noting that for a while, A-32 was classified as a light tank, before moved to the medium class.

Historically, A-32 is one of the T-34 prototypes, or – rather – evolution steps. Here’s what wot-wiki writes about this vehicle:

Koshkin convinced Soviet leader Joseph Stalin to let him develop a second prototype, a more heavily armed and armoured “universal tank†which could replace both the T-26 and the BT tanks. The second prototype Koshkin named A-32, after its 32 millimetres (1.3 in) of frontal armour. It also had a 76.2 mm (3 in) gun, and the same model V-2 diesel engine. Both were tested in field trials at Kubinka in 1939, with the heavier A-32 proving to be as mobile as the A-20. A still heavier version of the A-32 with 45 millimetres (1.8 in) of front armour and wider tracks was approved for production as the T-34. Koshkin chose the name after the year 1934 when he began to formulate his ideas about the new tank, and to commemorate the decree expanding the armoured force and the appointment of Sergo Ordzhonikidze to head tank production.

With that being said, I am sure you can now see where this is going. The A-32 is basically a medium version of the A-20 with comparable handling, but worse gun. Given the fact that the A-20 is one of the least popular vehicles in the game, this does not bode well for the A-32.

The first problem is that this is a medium tank, so it’s expected to actually fight and not scout (which is probably the only thing A-20 can do at least). For that, it is very ill-equipped. First there is the non-existant armor. Its frontal hull and turret is only 35mm thick and it actually has weakspots (not that it needs them). The only part with actual decent thickness is the mantlet, that is 35mm thick and on its edges overlaps with the turret armor (70mm total), which means it will probably occasionally bounce something, but otherwise the armor is absolutely hopeless against even tier 3 vehicles, everything will penetrate.

The gun is even worse. It’s the short 76mm L-10U with 66 penetration (66/75/38 – please note wotwiki has an incorrect value of 100 pen for the gold shell, it was actually nerfed) and 105 damage (110 for the golden shell). As you can see, the gold ammo performance (HEAT) is only marginally better and given the fact that you will not be able to use the main HEAT advantage (no pen loss over distance), it’s practically absolutely pointless to fire gold ammo. And it gets worse: the gun not only fires relatively slow (13,13 ROF), it has 2,3s aiming time and terrible, terrible 0,52 accuracy. The accuracy might not be SO bad, if the vehicle didn’t bleed so much of it when moving, but it does. You will LITERALLY (and I mean literally) not be able to hit anything while moving, even close targets. The gun simply fires all over the place because of the terrible accuracy on the move, a stat that is normally hidden and not so evident. In short, the gun is just terrible and useless. This vehicle does have limited MM (it cannot see tier 6 tanks), but the gun cannot defeat most of the tier 5′s and struggles even against tier 4 tanks. Hell, I had arty bouncing my shells.

The only real advantage of this tank is its blazing speed. It has a 540hp diesel engine, allowing it to go very, very fast. In seconds, you can reach the usual cruising speed of 50 km/h and even on not-so-good surfaces it’s possible to reach 60. Its maximum speed (70 km/h) is however obtainable only on hard roads or when going downhill). Although fast, the vehicle is not TOO maneuverable (forget about T-50), it’s just very fast. Good for a scout (it’s in fact faster than a lot of other scouts), not so good for a medium tank.

Poor gun and the fact this is a medium tank (eg. it has no camo bonus on the move) and MM will throw you on the top of their teams ensures one thing: you won’t be making a lot of money with it. Either you will be actually expected not to scout, but to shoot (tier 4 battles), or you will be on the bottom, completely powerless to do anything with your puny gun apart from scouting, for which all other light tanks (and at tier 5 there are still plenty of those around) are better suited, so once again you’ll be the one drawing the short straw.

    Conclusion

As I wrote above, there is a reason noone is playing this tank. It sucks. Its value is probably only as a collectible. I don’t mind not seeing it in shop and given the fact (if the wotwiki info is correct) it was a part of a pre-order package, I doubt it will ever appear in the shop again.

Russian Q&A with developers from WG, done by EU player Silentstalker, on his blog "For the Record"

    - not all tracks act as 30mm thick spaced armor (SS: the 30mm part is wrong, tracks have various thickness)
    - Israel tanks will apparently not appear in EU tree (SerB: “Israel is in Asia, or did I learn geography wrong?â€)
    - Merkava Mk.I will not apparently appear in WoT
    - Object 279 will not appear in WoT. Yuri Pasholok states that they actually thought about it at one point, but found out, that ALL the publications have its model (projections) wrong. And to go to Kubinka (or wherever the prototype is) and to measure it by hand is expensive and ineffective use of labor, according to Yuri Pasholok
    - apparently, prototype Maus (early Maus concept) had even thicker armor than the Maus itself and had 128mm L/70 planned, according to Yuri Pasholok
    - apparently, Yuri Pasholok is cooperating personally with kit companies (specifically Bronco and Miniart and their SU-152 model) to make their models more historical
    - Storm on incoming T10 TD nerf: their DPM will generally be kept, but their alpha will be lower. Jagdpanzer E-100 will remain the same, T110E4 will get its alpha reduced, but will recieve a ROF buff

    - special APHE mechanics (shells) will not be introduced
    - the option to give KV-5 better gun and standard MM was not considered by developers
    - Storm confirms that the first tanks to be reworked to HD will be the legendary and massproduced tanks and after them will come other tier 10 tanks
    - the new map (in 8.11) will be a winter map from Sweden/Norway, it will be a city with big buildings + port + large open suburbs
    - there will apparently be no “jerking†in the new motion model during gear switch, the acceleration will be smooth
    - more Asian tree branches (Japan and China) will not come anytime soon due to their low popularity amongst players
    - multicore support will come AFTER the introduction of Havoc and HD client
    - in 8.11, tank models will switch to new format, that’s why all skins and remodel mods will stop working
    - there are plans to introduce sunset maps, where the sun is on the horizon and everything casts sharp and gloomy shadows
    - Roaming will be introduced “when it’s doneâ€
    - Jagdtiger 88 will not appear in historical battles, it’s however possible Sturer Emil will appear
    - for now, no actual non-graphic optimization plans are made. Storm states that it’s possible the rework of the rendering distance (from a square to a circle) will come first.
    - the developers have not yet decided, how to rework the spotting and camo system. Regarding the earlier proposed solution (that a vehicle only partially visible will have better camo than a completely visible tank), there is a feeling that such a system would only support camping behind bushes and it would also increase the amount of invisible tanks shooting you without you seeing them
    - Storm confirms that the HD models will be added gradually, which means that there will be a situation where one tank (IS-4 for example) already has HD models, while the others do not
    - long battles (3 hours mentioned) are not planned
    - in historical battles, you will pay for shells just like you pay in random
    - changing tanker profession (from radioman to driver for example) is still planned (“when it’s done it’s doneâ€)
    - the game mechanics in historical battles will be identical to random battles (SS: eg. no hardcore oneshot mode), crews and perks will work in historical battles too
    - hardcore mode (no hitpoints, oneshots) was tested even for historical battles, both for regular players and supertesters
    - there will be new camo patterns and inscriptions/decals too
    - no tier 8 premium will come anytime soon
    - Havoc was selected for client physics, because it’s the most developed engine on the market
    - it’s possible the names of tanks will change depending on their configuration (SS: that means 75mm L/24 Panzer IV = Panzer IV Ausf.F, 75mm L/43 could be Ausf.F2)
    - it’s possible a view from the gun (like in Xbox WoT) will be implemented
    - German base color will not be changed after HD remodelling
    - the “yellow†(dunkelgelb) and “whole green†camos for German tanks will not be implemented
    - it’s not yet definitely decided that the second British medium branch will appear in 2014
    - it’s too early for 9.0 graphics screenshots
    - for now it is not known when (if) the Sixth Sense will be nerfed: Storm states that the rework of perks will not come anytime soon
    - in 8.11, TD camo will not be nerfed, Storm states that this will happen maybe later
    - Storm states that for now no good solution how to improve light tank gameplay has been found, the problem is that with buffing their role, teams would become too much dependent on the performance of their LT’s
    - currently, the work of the matchmaker is being studied in order to check for issues
    - the fact that you can mount two of the same type of consumable (one regular and one golden) on a tank is not a bug, it’s a feature
    - there will be no option to disable enemy messages only in the battle chat
    - arties are doing fine currently, they will not be touched for now
    - there might be an XP bonus for tanking (potential damage recieved) implemented
    - historical battles in the beginning will not feature captured tanks
    - war junk (trenches, anti-tank hedgehogs, guns etc.) will be added to the maps in order to improve their war atmosphere
    - apparently there is no issue with artillery being too accurate on short distances (SS: some player was complaining that FV304 was too accurate)
    - autoaim will not be removed from the game
    - XVM and noobmeter will not be banned – for now
    - E-25 is slightly OP
    - actual vehicle setups for historical battles will be tested after current (Christmas) holidays in Russia
    - the respawn mechanics in historical battles have not yet been completely decided according to Storm
    - first batch of historical battles will not feature French tanks

    - in 8.11, the option to disable the battle chat will come, however players with disabled chat will not be marked as such (SS: as in, others won’t be able to see whether your chat is disabled or not)
    - apparently, the option to “thank†a player after battle for his good performance will come in some undisclosed future (SS: if I understand it correctly, because SerB used a phrase that makes no sense to me)
    - Lowe ammo rack module size has not changed in 8.10 (SS: only the number of shells carried increased)
    - Chieftain on US forum states that Wargaming is aware of the T42 Medium Tank (SS: it might theoretically appear in the second US medium branch, but who knows)

World of Tanks: Tank Guides - How to TOG II - Boats n Hoes - YouTube
This is the TOG II. It's a pretty bad tier 6 British gold heavy tank. In this video I go over combat tactics and strategy, tank attributes, modules, equipment, consumables, and crew specific to the TOG II. After talking about tank specifics and strategy, I hop in a couple games to show you the TOG II strategy in action.
