    Wanna share two good instances of support. First had an issue with Solforge, couldn't get it to launch. Sent them an email and the next day got this:

    So I sent my console file in and the same day I got this:

    It took two months but they did get back to me and the game works now. :)

    Second instant was with XSEED Games. I bought a game off their store and when it arrived the package also contained a soundtrack I didn't order. I sent them an email informing them of the mistake and within a couple hours I got an email back saying it wasn't a mistake but a bonus, they said they like to try to throw in some kind of bonus when people buy from them. :)

    It's pretty stupid these two companies are quite small and don't have multi million dollar budgets yet can serve up good support, whereas Firemonkey... which has EA's billions backing them can't even get automation right.

    It's amazing World of Warcraft is on this list, this is just figuring microtransactions and doesn't include subs so WoW is making that plus $15 a month for something like 8m people O_O.

    It's even more amazing SWTOR is on this list... so much for the game being a disaster, it too has to have at least 250k maybe more in subs on top of that. O_O

    Crossfire is just nuts, that game isn't huge over here in America... enfact I think it's at a low point, I seem to remember it was decent but then got overrun by cheaters so people left but WOW it must be rolling over across the pond.

    League of Legends is League of Legends, no big with that but good on them.

    It's good to see WoT is doing fine :)

    Ok, heard from the developer last week. This is what he said:

    "Alrighty,

    For users having problems with game and they're using Windows 8, here is what they should try -

    1. Check to see if a anti-virus program is blocking the program.

    2. Right click on the .exe file > Click Properties > Click Compatibility > check the "Run as Admin" Box, Check the compatibility box and set it it to "Windows XP (service pack 3)" > Apply settings.

    3. Go into the setup.ini file and set the postprocessing=1 to 0. That may give the game uglier graphics though. "

    Turned my anti-virus off, no dice.

    Changed to compatibility Windows XP (service pack 3), strike 2

    Changed postprocessing=1 to 0, nada

    All of them done, no bueno.
