That is probably because WoT is made for for XP and Windows 7, or you might say older PCs.

 

Well for saying fire, fire the whole time, i didn't see many firing. Although lasers are invisible if they dont hit something + video isnt good quality.

Not exactly what site it was, but it was a site where you could play many different flash/arcade games, but it was a long time ago, even before I found GameOgre xD
I've managed to complete the game several times, so it wasn't really that hard for me xD

 

It's pretty easy.
You use the mouse to control turret/look around.
Left mouse button shoots.
Tank reloads automatically.
Keyborard buttons:
W for forward
S for backwards
A for left
D for right
Shift key zooms to sniper mode
Space bar is a brake

 

Yeah, I got shot twice in the ass by an ally yesterday in M48
