    It's depends which role you are, and a team that you are up against. If you are a jungler and you are playing against high mobillity enemy team like tristana shyvana fizz gragas... you need to evolve E so you can have bigger gap closer. If you are fighting vs enemy jungler as panteon,vi.. they can easy invade you so you need to evolve R for dmg reduction so you can fight them in 1v1. For now Q is useless in jungle.

    -Hi,there is some tips for ezreal and build ok.
    -Summoner spells:Flash-Barrier,Flash-Ignite.
    -Ok early game focus on farm.You can farm easy with Q and basic shot.
    For Q not need much mana so u can last hit with Q.
    -Ok best support for him is Leona and thresh,Soraka.
    -U can counter Thresh and Blitcz easy with E ,so u can run from Grab.
    -When u get ulti use it for Minions bcs u'll need much gold.
    Ez have low Movement Speed so be careful.
    Start items can be: Doran Sword pots,Or Boots and pots.
    -After bought Sheen>Trynity Force,then build Bloodthrister,IE(Infinity Edge),Last whisper,Attack Speed boots,defensive item can be:Guardian Angel,Iceborn Gauntlet,Banshes Veil.
