    If u watch closly he isnt nerfed so much...
    Now he opens his way in jungle and his ult on lvl 16 with 40% cd reduction is just insane.

    If you are range try not to let enemy carry farm by poking him and not letting him to farm, try to die instead of your teammates if possible, get some vision , try to land as much cc as possible , in late game dont try to be agressive just try to land cc on assasins and try to protect your adc from them
