Sejouani much usefull in teamfights but she has low suatain in the early game but that ult i soooo good u can turn around the game in a minuit but volibear is strong too cause of good attack speed and pretty good damage on his spells

Hi how do u keep up with so much ppl here?

 

There is no best support in league since all have their charms.
You can pretty much place them in one of 3 categories:

• Kill lanes (Basically a lot of CC, while ADC kills them)
• Poke lanes (Make enemies cry while denying them farm and exp.)
• Sustain lanes (Having heals, or shields that protect your ADC, outfarm the enemy)

1. Right now most popular are kill lanes, because enemy is losing exp and gold while they are dead, while you get both gold and even bigger advantage in exp. They are also popular because most played ADCs dominate early game.
   While playing these you should really watch out on who you engage, since most of these supports get really deep into the enemy zone, exposing themselves, and leaving ADC on a bit of distance.
   
2. Sustain lanes are great for ADC that need farm for few items and get to mid game to shine. Of course, while playing this style you should still take kills whenever you can.
   
3. Poke lanes are used for early pushing.

Some support can play more than one play-style. Take Lulu for example, you can play defensively or poke enemies to death. Also Sona and Nami.

You should also check what goes best with your ADC. If you have ADC with no fast escape (Jinx) you should take support with either enough CC to keep enemies off ADC, or support that can outsustain dmg dealt to ADC, for long enough so they can leave danger zone.

All in all, if you want to practice: Leona is free week. She's quite fun when you get used to her, and is hard to kill when you get few items.
As for Thresh, you'll have to practice even more with him, since he has amazing kit, Same with Lulu, as her skills can also be used in more then one way.
Nami is quite simple and straightforward as long as you can hit your bubble and ult, use e in right moment and get w to bounce as many times as it can.

All 2 were recently free so you could have tried them out and see which one suits you the best. I'd go with Nami, since sh'e quite easy for starters. After Nami, get Leona since she's tankier and more forgiving then Thresh. I'd get him last after I'm done learning all I can about engage, disengage and such... As for other, they are cheaper so you'll probably get them sooner. Free week rotations are you friends

Oh, and you can get Alistar for free. He's also very good support after you master the combo.
