    Only lifesteal quints are nerfed.

    For seals (yellows):
    • Armor seals got nerfed.
      Per 9 seals 12.69 armor ⇒ 9.00 armor
      BUT you get +4 armor on the begging of the game. So you get 0.30 more armor (but also everybody else gets +4... Meh, no biggie.)
    • Scaling armor seals got buffed too.
      Per 1 seal: 2.7 armor at level 18 ⇒ 3.0 armor at level 18
      Per 9 seals 24.3 armor at level 18 ⇒ 27.0 armor at level 18
      And also those +4 at the start
    • Health, Scaling health and Health regeneration, all got buffed.

    For gylphs (blues):
    • Scaling Cooldown Reduction got buffed
    • Scaling Magic Resist also got buffed.
    • Both scaling and flat mana regeneration got buffed.

    As for quintessences (big ones):
    • Both flat and scaling Cooldown reduction got buffed.
    • Attack speed also got buffed.
    • Only thing that ACTUALLY got hit are lifesteal ones.

    Those ,5% MIGHT save your life in extreme situations, but you got that +4 armor on adc/jungle too, so it should help just a bit to get that poke dmg down a bit. Also most of champions that use lifesteal quints use magic res and armor runes. It should still be fine.

    For me i love to play Thresh and Leona as support, they are fun to play, they have a lot of HP in late game, ofc it depends on what you buy, Thresh easy poke enemy support with his basic, Leona can catch up to enemy easy...
