    Kassadin used to be too strong, he could safely farm under his tower before he gets level 6, after that, his poke was just too strong. If played correctly in his early game, he just becomes an unstoppable force and once he jumps on you, you have no chance of surviving, even if he doesn't blow you up at first, you would still be silenced which makes you unable to use a defensive ability/flash or barrier and his empowered basic attacks or ignite would finish you off, he would leave you no options. To make things worse, he could do that every few seconds. Some players used to stack his ultimate on fountain, right after that teleport and oneshot someone just by using his ultimate, they changed that as well by changing scaling from AP to mana so no more "abusing" will be done.
    He can still do high ammounts of damage if played correctly, he has some more survivability, he can still interrupt enemies (lets be honest, silence was too long) and he is not a faceroll champion anymore, it takes some skill to play him correctly, at least thats how I feel about Kassadin right now.
    You have to look deper into reworks before posting things such as "OMG KASS DESTROYED TNX RITO"
