    4. Mercury Treads (This is core too, u dont want to be slow/stun for too long or you will die)

    I like flash more, it gets you out of death :3
    Teleport takes time and I would take it if I was jungler, to get from one place to another faster :)

    Flash is a skill that can provide you with an escape or with a kill, while teleport is usefull for getting back in lane for the farm and harras the enemy more. Both are nice but I take flash more then teleport.

    You can use teleport too to get kills.
    Just teleport on you bot lane every time you bot lane engage.
    You feed yourself and your bot lane.
    Feed mid + ad carry and you can easy win the game.
    But you need to know when to teleport ... you can lose to much when you fail it
